The share utility in InformationSAFE allows you to securely share your information with loved ones and other trusted friends or service providers. How do I cancel a recipient s ability to retrieve a shared document? 1. Click the Contacts button in the tool bar. 2. Select the recipient name in the contacts list and then click the Access button in the right side column. 3. Under Permissions section, click the None link above the View column. By not giving permission to view your information, you are canceling the recipient s ability to retrieve a shared document. How do I cancel a recipient s ability to access shared logon information? 1. Click the Contacts button in the tool bar. 2. Select the recipient name in the contacts list and then click the Access button in the right side column. 3. Under Permissions section, click the None link above the Change column.
