ANNUAL CELLPHONE UPGRADE As an Onyx member, you are entitled to one cellphone upgrade within your 12 month membership period. You will be able to select any one of Vodacom s top-of-the-range cellphones at no cost to you*. BlackBerry AND DATA LINES We d like to ensure that all your mobile devices stay connected anytime, anywhere. You can link your BlackBerry and Data lines to your Onyx membership by calling the Premium Service Desk with the cellphone numbers of these lines. Not only will this enable us to immediately identify you as an Onyx member, but should any of these devices become faulty or get lost or stolen, they will be replaced free of charge*. FAULTY CELLPHONES AND MOBILE DEVICES Don t battle with a faulty cellphone, BlackBerry device or Data device. Call our Premium Service Desk and a consultant will ensure that your cellphone, mobile or Data device is exchanged with the same or similar model at no cost to you*. *Terms and conditions apply 04 ONYX
STOLEN OR LOST MOBILE DEVICES Call our Premium Service Desk on 082 111 and a consultant will ensure that a replacement cellphone, BlackBerry or Data device of the same or equivalent model is delivered to you free of charge.* FAMILY AND FRIENDS Because we recognise how important your family and friends are to you, as an Onyx member, you can nominate two family members or friends on the Vodacom network to receive the same superior service from the Premium Service Desk. Simply call the Premium Service Desk on 082 111 with the names and cellphone numbers of your two nominees. Please note this service is limited to call centre assistance and unfortunately does not include cellphone upgrades or replacement of phones. REPLACEMENT SIM CARDS A SIM card is the centre of your communication. Should you misplace or damage your SIM card in any way, call the Premium Service Desk on 082 111 for a replacement, which will be issued and delivered to you at no charge.* *Terms and conditions apply 06 ONYX
STARTER PACK A further benefit of being an Onyx member entitles you to one free 4U prepaid starter pack within your 12 month membership period.* *RICA registration required VOICEMAIL As an Onyx member, you will have the added benefit of storing your voicemail messages for a period of up to 1 month. CALLER IDENTIFICATION The ability to identify incoming callers will be made available to you free of charge. ITEMISED BILLING A detailed record of your monthly cellular bill will be provided to you free of charge. INTERNATIONAL ROAMING The activation of international roaming normally requires a deposit. ANNUAL CELLPHONE UPGRADE BENEFIT The annual cellphone upgrade benefit is subject to your contract being renewed for 24 months from the date of upgrade. FAMILY AND FRIENDS BENEFIT The nominated family and friends benefits apply to contract, top-up and prepaid numbers registered on the Vodacom network. BlackBerry AND DATA LINES BENEFIT The cellphone number that is linked to the BlackBerry and Data card lines that you register on the Onyx programme must be used by you. FAULTY, STOLEN OR LOST CELLPHONES AND MOBILE DEVICES BENEFIT or Data device: 1. The first replacement will be at no charge to you, however, you may be required to pay an excess fee for any subsequent claims made in the same membership year. 2. In line with RICA legislation, it is a requirement to report lost and stolen handsets. Please notify the Premium Service Desk on 082 111 where you will be issued with a reference number. This reference number will be required by the police station to obtain a case number. This case number is to be provided to the Premium Service Desk in order to process your claim. 12 ONYX
