MATCHOFFICE EUROPEAN SERVICED OFFICES REPORT 2015 EUROPEAN RESULTS 67.1 % OF ALL SERVICED OFFICES HAVE A POSITIVE OUTLOOK FOR THE REST OF 2015. MatchOffice has conducted the largest ever survey on serviced offices throughout Europe. 585 serviced offices from 35 countries have participated providing the most in-depth insights ever into current status and expectations for the future. The survey explores occupancy, prices and outlook for the rest of 2015, almost 70% experience the same or higher occupancy as compared to 2014 and 22,3% have achieved higher workstation prices than in 2014. Initial contract lenghts are generally on the same level as in 2014 and occupancy is very high with 55% of the serviced offices having occupancy of more than 80%, one fourth of those even experiencing occupancy of more than 90%.
