ACA Austria China Academy for Ski Sports Champions The Austria China Academy for Ski Sports Champions (ACA) is a registered association in Austria (ZVR: 628152193) which is managing the ACA Academy, based in Sportsvillage Hohentauernin Styria, Austria. The ACA offers the know-how and the precondition to raise the level of success in ski sports so that China rises to a top nation in ski sports at international competition. The training program will be a year-round program in the lenght on demand. Each participants will receive a tailor-made training and educational program. The ACA has been founded by leading coaches and experts (Fritz Vallant and Erich Moscher) with a track record of coaching and winning Winter Olympic medals for the Austrian and other national teams. It has been set-up to meet the following goals: To ensure that China will have a successful team for international ski competitions especially the Winter Olympic Games 2022 to be held in Beijing. In order to achieve this goal, the ACA will have a number of modules available to take groups of selected students as soon as possible and create an environment of training and learning for them which will last from several months up to few years in order to prepare them to represent China at international ski tournaments and the Winter Olympic Games. The ACA will also create a program to meet the demand for professional Chinese Ski Instructors and Ski School managers across China. The number of Chinese skiiers is expected to continue to grow as ski resorts improve their facilities, and more middle class Chinese acquire a taste for skiing and other winter sports. The Chinese professionals in training will work with the students while they themselves receive advanced training on how to create professional training programs back in China. Assist the Chinese experts with setting up, running and managing international ski competitions. To support the Chinese governement policy of increasing participation of the local population in Winter Sports in China. To promote winter sports especially ski sports in China via TV shows and internet platform. Training site The ACA has been set up to provide training, development, schooling and a center of excellence for Chinese athletes to become world class alpine ski-sports competitors. On request the ACA will provide Nordic sport training in addition to training in Alpine disciplines. Austria dominates the alpine winter sports more than any other country, be it in terms of athletes, ski equipment, technical achievements in constructing lifts and gondolas or tourism. Over 100 years of winter sports experience is also reflected in the competence of the ski schools and ski instructors who gained worldwide recognition. The ACA has developed a number of different models to meet the needs of the Chinese participants. The basic requirement for all participants will be to be over the age of 15 and have ski experience. The programs will be open to both male and female participants. Some level of "Train-the-Trainer" will be included in the program to ensure the continuation of the programs when particpants are back in China. The implementation of the model will depend on the demands of participants and their sponsors. The models include: 1. A small intensive program for at least 12 students lasting a number of years from December 2015 until (at most) the Winter Olypümnpic Games 2022. 2. One or more groups of 24 students starting at any time, with the program lasting a minimum of 5 years. 3. A program for one or two groups of 60 students with students begining in Autumn 2016 or Autumn 2017 with each student participating a mimimum of 3 years. 4. A specific program for a number of students to be trained in China from Winter 2020 till the Olympic Games in 2022.

The primary goal of the Academy is to train champion athletes. Thus, ACA will hire the leading trainers available from inside and outside Austria. These trainers will take the students from youth to professional Athletes over the course of few monrths up to several years. Training will occur in Austria and partially in China in the winter with additional summer training abroad (e.g in Chile or New Zealand). Knowing that reaching podium level is important ACA is dedicated to developing the complete athlete. ACA's target is to bring each individual athlete to reach their personal goals, whether that be in skiing, in college or making at the National Team. Athletes learn what it takes to find true personal success through living athletics as a lifestyle as opposed to an activity. The complete athlete then learns the value of hard work, dedication and motivation. The program and courses are aligned to individual student aspirations. ACA runs its programs at the highest standards for coaching, athlete management (conditioning, equipment, nutrition, sports psychology) and most importantly governance and child safety. Daily athletic training will be supplemented with mental conditioning and academic studies will work around the athletic training needs of the students. Course delivery is integrated with ACA s fitness and injury prevention program, training and racing program. Program Details To educate athletes, you need on the one hand talents and on the other hand for many years a team of experts with know-how and of course best base for technical requirements. For the top-class sport it is necessary that the athletes complete an annual program and take part in international competitions. The Team of the ACA is built up of world-class experts who are among the best and most successful coaches. The supply with modern material is also secured. unique opportunity of a fully developed, FIS approved and certified Ski Mountain exclusively for Chinese athletes as training area ACA programs are for motivated athletes who are seriously interested in participating in a full-time ski academy. The size of a group is limited to 12 athletes with two coaches to provide high-quality alpine ski training. An integral part of the ACA program is also to deliver services in nutrition, equipment preparation, conditioning, video analysis and technical talks. During snow fall season we will focus and deliver elite ski racing program and having reduced education program. ACA athletes benefit from approximately 30-60 on-snow training days prior to FIS competitive season start (mid December), up to 50 on-snow training days during the season, and between 10 up to 30 race starts. For the participants ACA will conduct an intensive evaluation on ski technique and tactics so that participants have the greatest opportunity to excel in the competitions. Finally, the long term health of our participants is crucial to their success. To ensure this, the ACA implements a comprehensive Injury Prevention and Conditioning Program including: Specific year round fitness programs, designed to develop the student athlete and address individual needs Supervised conditioning and injury prevention sessions during the year Biomechanical assessments delivered through affiliate associations Fitness testing and tracking of student athletes, at least 4 times throughout the year,

Non-Sport education of the Students is necessary for the success of the program. The educational component of the program will be centered on one-to-one and small group tutoring. Education will be tailored to the needs of the students. The educators and teachers will be fully qualified and include both International and Chinese educators. The Academy will meet all regulations to international standards, and provide the students with knowledge and tools to succeed after their athletic careers. ACA offers an unique and challenging curriculum that encourages students to maximize their learning in and outside of the classroom. Our courses are carefully scheduled in order for each student to succeed as a scholar while pursuing athletic goals. Athletes at ACA are getting tailore made education which allows for ample personalized attention from teachers. The ACA curriculum is unique in that it is built around supporting the travel of winter sports athletes. In the winter, training and skiing has the top priority and educations are conducted only when time is left and only core courses are taught during this time. All teachers develop and maintain a strong individual curriculum for each athlete. A full complement of classes is offered in the non-snow fall season so ACA S athletes develop the skills to succeed at the most challenging carrier after return to China. This program will be unique in the world and tailored to the special needs of Chinese students coming from all backgrounds. In order to facilitate this diversity, all daily needs (e.g. clothing (ski and regular), sport equipment, food, housing, monthly allowance, travel, etc.) will be handled by the school and will be consistent for all students. Supply of advanced state of the equipment (ski, ski boots, clothing, etc.) Cooperation in the development of new material for the individual requirements
