Av. 12 de Octubre 76 y Roca 6. METHODOLOGY The course takes into account a learner-centered methodology which highlights intercultural aspects. Students are motivated through a variety of activities which enable them the discovery of the structure or meaning in the target language. These activities include oral and written texts that allow students to build up their own learning to successfully interact in English. The four skills of language plus structures are developed after the students previous knowledge has been practiced. All this in a given context which deals with aspects of interest for the students such as work, studies, and daily life. 7. GRADING SYSTEM In order to pass the course, students must obtain a minimum of 30/50 points. If a student has ELEVEN to TWENTY absences, s/he has to get 40 over 50 points to pass the course. 8.
