Definitions DISASTER RECOVERY Whether there is a plan in place or not, refers to the process of restoring normal operations after a disaster has occurred BUSINESS CONTINUITY Ability to continue operating in the event of a disaster whether caused by humans, nature or other circumstances. Disaster Recovery Overview Many organizations have strong business recovery plans for their mainframe and main-computer systems, NONE for Telephone Systems and communications. Disaster Recovery PBX (DR-IPBX) is a Service that, in the event of a disaster, ensures business continuity. Details Package A Basic DR service, simple re-routing of calls no frills, no thrills.. Package B Complete emergency kit : 800 number, Auto attendants with messages to customers, partners, and employees, voice mail, conference room, and other features, including updates, drills, etc. Package C Package B plus PBX services. Users can use IP-phones or cell phones as extensions of a re-created PBX simulating the regular PBX services. Package D Package B designed for CISCO CALL MANAGERS: Upon failure of a CISCO CM, or Branches losing visibility of main CM, all extensions will automatically be routed to our Hosted platform preserving the ability to call between themselves, and dialing out to the PSTN. If combined with package B, call re-routing for inbound can also take place Package E Upon pre-arrangement with your carrier's), and implementation of routing plan, customer may activate system at any time, and all calls will be rerouted to any numbers as determined in the setup through a web driven process.
