[ K25, InterCombi and MHD Self-Propelled, mechanically steered The K25, InterCombi and MHD series are also available as self-propelled modular transporters to be used in configuration with the standard trailers. Powerful PPUs enable great drive, lift and lower performance as well as precise steering. The SP (self-propelled) modules open up a wide range of heavy transportation for standard trailers. Self-Propelled, electronically steered The electronic steering system of the K25, InterCombi and MHD trailers provide with a steering angle of +/- 140 extreme maneuverability under full load. Together with the 7 steering programs and the absolutely accurate drive system SPE (self-propelled, electronically steered) modules solve your job. 16

[ PowerBooster The 5-in-1 solution! 1. As a push truck on transportation routes with gradients: as soon as a tractor has no sufficient power to manage the incline, i.e. the speed drops below 14 km/h (9 mph),the driving gear starts automatically, thus, providing sufficient thrust. 2. On public roads as trailer combination: once the driving gear is switched off, the drive unit can achieve a speed of 80 km/h (50 mph) in the transport combination with a prime mover. 3. For in-plant transports agile and extremely flexible: for in-house transports, the drive unit with PPU can be controlled as a self-propelled transport combination using a mobile control unit, negotiating bridges with less CWV or to operate through narrow curves and traffic circles without a prime mover. 4. Mechanical side-byside coupling: A further possibility for the in-house transport is the mechanically coupled sideby-side combination. Due to the wide supporting base, payloads with a high centre of gravity can be transported. 5. Mechanical end-toend coupling: The PowerBooster can be used as a traction unit at the front or as a thrust machine at the rear part of extremely long combinations. With all these different kind of possible combinations the PowerBooster is an all-rounder of the heavy duty transport. 19

[ SPMT / K24 Self-Propelled Modular Transporters SPMT Technology Extremely robust, extremely strong SCHEUERLE SPMTs and KAMAG K24 (Self-Propelled Modular Transporters) have moved giant loads all over the world. The transporters are based on the experience gained from the development and production of more than 14.000 axle lines and over 30 years of experience. With our technology, loads in excess of 15,000 tons, such as factory modules for power stations, seawater desalination plants and oil exploration equipment as well as offshore platforms are transported safely and reliably to their final destinations. [ Shipyard Industry Our transporters move giant shipsections, luxury yachts, prefabricated drilling platforms, vessels or submarines. SCHEUERLE and KAMAG transporters are available from 120 to 1,200 tons payload capacity.
