The customer number is assigned with the first application. You will find this number in the address data on the long term permits addressed to you. The reference number you provide will be shown on the permit and on the invoice. The long term permit will be sent to the applicant by . If no address is known, the long term permit is sent by fax or post. If the application is made on behalf of a shipping company, the company name must also be stated on the application form. II. Product selection Here you can select a maximum of one product. III. Vehicles Here you can select a maximum of one vehicle type. IV. Signature By signing the form, the applicant declares that he/she has filled in the data truthfully and will pay the legal charges and tariffs when the long term permit is issued. When the application is sent by , the signature of the applicant can be dispensed with.

Load Indivisible load loaded on a flatrack or in an open top container Flatrack Flatrack is understood to mean: a standardised loading area with a strengthened floor intended to transport indivisible loads that due to the dimensions or weight do not fit in a closed standardised load structure. Open top container Open top container is understood to mean: a standardised load structure with an open top, possibly equipped with a tarpaulin, designed to transport good(s) the height/s of which is/are indivisible that cannot be loaded in a closed container. Intermodal It must be demonstrably clear that here the intermodal transport of the load from or to a container transhipment (water/rail) is concerned. Overhang The flatrack or open top is not allowed to overhang the rear of the vehicle. Divisible load The vehicle is also allowed to transport divisible loads on a flatrack or in an open top container. With the exception of the weight, the dimensions apply as stated on the front of the long term permit under the following conditions: a) The load that can be divided in length and/or width must not extend to outside of the dimensions of the load structure. b) The height of the load that can be divided in height must not be more than 4.00 m, measured from the road surface. c) An extendable vehicle does not need to be retracted.
