With more than 25 years of experience in the fire industry, Dana offers a comprehensive product system noted for its proven performance, ease of use, low maintenance features, and cost efficiency. 1. Spicer Steer Axles Spicer steer axles combine proven durability with flexible options that allow you to optimize stopping distance, performance, and life cycle cost for your application. Compatible with the latest air disc and air drum brake technology, these steer axles offer a patented Power Rib design for superior durability and deflection characteristics. The D-2000F steer axle offers a 5 drop beam option and up to a 50 degree turn angle to provide a lower chassis suspension profile and added maneuverability. The D-2000F 3.5 and 5 drop also offers Dana s patented in-line dual draw keys for improved camber alignment for reduced tire wear. 2. Spicer Life Series Driveshafts and Universal Joints Designed for demanding high-torque, high-horsepower applications, Spicer Life driveshafts set the standard for heavy-duty driveshaft performance with a more advantageous weight-tolength ratio, small swing diameter, and improved balance and stiffness. Quick Disconnect end yokes control deflection, improve overall strength, and reduce maintenance. Spicer Life XL universal joints feature new seals for extended lubrication intervals and new bearing thrust washers that eliminate metal-to-metal contact to lower operating temperature. 3. Spicer Single and Tandem Drive Axles Available in three series, serving 21,000 to 30,000 lb.,,000 to 50,000 lb., and 52,000 to 60,000 lb. GAWR applications, Spicer single and tandem drive axles offer the strength, durability, and reliability required for demanding use. Features such as extra-wide facewidth gearing, large wheel differential gearing, and forged, heat-treated steel differential cases ensure maximum strength and high power density, while the high-capacity gearing and bearing system provides durability and reliability with higher-horsepower/ torque engines.

Spicer All-Wheel Drive System The distinctive transfer gearing design used by Spicer all-wheel drive systems divides power in the rear axle, eliminating the conventional transfer case and related componentry. This reduces initial cost and weight for increased payload capacity and fuel efficiency, making Spicer the cost-effective choice. With fewer components, installation and operation are quick and easy, and maintenance time is significantly reduced. Available in 4x4 or 6x6 configurations. 5. Spicer LMS Wheel End System The unique LMS hub design eliminates wheel bearing adjustment and installation variables that cause excessive end play and lead to premature wheel seal failures. Premium oil bath seals, combined with precision-manufactured bearing spacers and special tolerance bearings, serve as your best defense against costly brake replacements and downtime. Aluminum or iron hubs are available in a wide range of axle ratings. 6. Spicer LMS Hubcap The perfect partner to the Spicer LMS hub, this unique hubcap and vent system is designed to simplify maintenance, prevent contamination, and ensure the longevity of wheel-end components. Made from a corrosionresistant material that is lighter and significantly stronger than aluminum, these hubcaps will not corrode from road salt or chemicals. A patent-pending containment exclusion system prohibits water entry from submerged water or high-pressure spray. 7. Spicer TPCS (Tire Pressure Control System) TPCS allows you to select your tire pressure right from the cab to match the terrain and increase vehicle mobility over soft soil, sand, and mud. TPCS also automatically maintains the proper tire pressure for vehicle speed to extend tread life and improve fuel economy. Use of optimal tire pressure reduces costly punctures and tread chunk-out. 8. Bendix air disc brakes offer safety, performance, and peace of mind under the toughest driving conditions. Bendix air disc brake technology dramatically improves in-line braking stability for straighter stops and shorter stopping distances including superior performance on downhill grades. Also available are Bendix wide drum brakes, combining proprietary linings with advanced shoe construction and geometry control for reliability, durability, longer life, and superior performance. Bendix brake chambers and slack adjustors provide a short chamber stroke without dragging for better braking performance
