OVER 60 YEARS OF SERVICE EXCELLENCE

Our Mission is to perform at a superior level of service for our customers while efficiently and effectively managing our dedicated employees and capital resources in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. INLAND WASTE SOLUTIONS, LLC 14101 Highway 290 West, Building 600 Austin, TX 78737 Voice: (512)-858-4558 Fax: (512)-858-4559 www.inlandwaste.com

Our History Inland has provided waste management and recycling services since 1953. We specialize in serving municipalities and other government entities, and our operations cater only to the specific needs of your community. Our sixty years of experience has allowed us the opportunity to become intimately familiar with working with communities and the unique collection requirements that are required in performing these services. Additionally, Inland provides containerized collection services for commercial and industrial customers. Inland has always partnered with the communities we serve by both establishing local facilities for administrative support as well as purchasing from local vendors. We pride ourselves on becoming an integral part of the communities where we work. To that end, all of Inland s operations and support including maintenance, operational, administrative, and customer service functions in the fulfillment of each contract are based locally. Inland s experienced and capable senior management staff has been engaged in service contracting and waste management services for many years, each bringing their own specific and unique focus.

Inland still maintains traditional values and integrity while embracing leading technologies and alternative fuels to provide superior service Inland and its affiliated companies are privately-held by the company s corporate officers. This focused management structure allows the company to proactively respond to the needs of our customers. The Inland umbrella encompasses Inland Service Corporation that was established in 1953 and Inland Waste Solutions, LLC that was formed in 2012 with the objective of better identifying as a waste services company. Over our long history, this structure has allowed Inland to thrive. We have a proven record of providing excellent service, an exceptional safety record, continued growth, and outstanding financial returns.

About Us Company Size Inland is a mid-sized private corporation that is large enough to dedicate qualified personnel and assets while successfully managing the services that are required for each of the communities we serve. Unlike the slow-moving, multilayered, unresponsive bureaucracy of our mega-competitors, Inland maintains a focused management structure and approach that works efficiently to meet our customers needs. On-Route Technologies Inland has teamed with industry leaders in RFID technologies, to add radio frequency identification (RFID) on containers and trucks to accurately track and verify service collection. This service provides accurate, real-time reporting data. These on-route technologies allow us to track our vehicles and to provide real-time service verification for all residential and commercial refuse customers. Customer Service Focus Inland Waste Solutions is in business to provide safe, reliable, and friendly solid waste management service to our customers. We recognize that our customer have much more important things to worry about than garbage collection. That is why we go to great effort to make sure our trucks are on schedule and our employees are professional and remain courteous at all times. We hope that if our job is done right, our customers do not even notice us! Safety, convenience, and dependability are our most important concerns. We hope to develop lasting relationships in each of the communities we serve for many years. We work very hard to make sure that our customer s entire experience with us is a positive one. Servicing thousands of customers each week is challenging and complex. Although we are successful in this effort the great majority of the time, there are instances when things do not go as planned. How we respond to these instances is what separates Inland from the rest of our competitors.

Inland has performed above and beyond the City s expectations. The company s customer service and safety record is second to none. Christine Miller Recycling Coordinator Outagamie County, WI

They serve to consolidate smaller loads of solid-waste or recyclable materials into large walkingfloor trailers or rail-cars for shipment to disposal locations. Our capabilities include the design, construction, operation and management of these facilities. They utilize the most technically advanced compacting and loading equipment available and are equipped with safety and monitoring systems. Landfill Operations Inland constructs, operates and manages class I and class IV solid-waste landfills. Our facilities accept municipal solid waste, permitted special wastes, and construction & demolition debris. Our capabilities include: Permitting & Engineering Construction Landfill operations Closure and longterm monitoring services

Our Services CNG Infrastructure Inland s experience and knowledge in building a Compressed Natural Gas infrastructure includes the fueling component as well as the trucks and equipment used in solid waste collections. As part of our Company s growth strategy, Inland has committed capital to build CNG infrastructure and fueling stations. Inland is a Green company, and we are committed to utilizing Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) powered vehicles whenever feasible. We have had great success using CNG trucks in other municipalities that we currently serve and are committed to convert our entire fleet over the next few years. CNG-powered vehicles will reduce carbon emissions by up to 90% versus comparable diesel-powered trucks. This environmental benefit will not only positively impact the citizens and the natural environments of the cities where we operate. Since the cost of CNG is significantly less expensive than diesel, utilizing it as a fuel source will inherently reduce collections cost that can be passed along to our customers. The commitment to CNG is truly a winning strategy for Inland, our customers, and the environment. A prime example of Inland s commitment to CNG is in the City of Augusta, GA. Inland worked with the City of Augusta in designing, developing, and constructing a CNG quick fill station. The station was designed to fuel both the City s and Inland s fleet. Inland also purchased a fleet of CNG trucks to service the City and outfitted the maintenance shop to allow for the CNG fleet. This experience is unmatched in the solid waste industry, and allows Inland to become more than a vendor. Bart A. Begley Chief Executive Officer Inland Waste Solutions, LLC

Our Services Street Sweeping Services Inland is also capable and experienced in providing street sweeping services for municipalities, businesses and shopping centers. Our fleet of CNG-powered sweepers efficiently and effectively remove road debris and vegetative growth from roadways and parking lots. If desired, Inlands team can spray an eco-friendly herbicide along any roadway seams and curbing to prevent future organic growth. Truck Restoration Services Inland has established a stateof-the-art refurbishment and CNG-conversion facility located in Augusta, Georgia. This facility is capable of performing complete restorations on any large trucks. These services include: in-frame engine and transmission rebuilds, replacement of interiors, complete body refurbishment and painting. This facility also has a CNG conversion division that converts diesel engines to compressed natural gaspowered motors.
