10 Delray Startup Plan Startup period will require hiring drivers one to two months prior to start date. Drivers will learn routes to identify potential hazards during specific times of the day they will be driving the route. Total average turnover is in the range of 15% to 19.9% 10

Commercial Startup Commercial customer sign up for service levels. Waste audits will be conducted and Recycling will be offered at that time. 13

14 Delray Startup Plan A successful start up plan begins with communication. Education is one way to help ensure a successful program. Most public education campaigns run over months starting well before the implementation of a new service provider and continuing after the new service is underway. The goal and non-negotiable will be to make sure that all customers have a container on site for service. 14
