FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs) Q: How much is the initial Licensing Fee? A: The initial licensing fee, due upon signing of the licensing agreement, is $10,000 Q: How much are the royalty fees? A: Our royalty fee is 3% of gross sales, payable on a weekly basis. Q: Are there any special incentives? A: The royalty fees are deferred for the first 6 months of your licensing agreement. Q: Can I get an operating loan? A: Qualified applicants can get a loan up to $30,000 Q: Is there any type of training available? A: Absolutely! This can be done via the internet or in person at our offices in Houston. Q: Do I need experience in the staffing business? A: Although very helpful, experience is not necessary. However we will be honest with you and give you our opinion as to whether we think you are suitable for the business.

It has been an exciting journey of learning. I entered into this business venture with no experience. ADRIA I started this journey about six months ago. I met once a week for a couple of months at local coffee and sandwich shops with Keith Stephenson. I was able to learn about the business, the brand, and the industry and ask questions freely without any pressure. After four months of meeting and sharing knowledge I entered into a licensee agreement to own and operate my own Labor Force office. I m now about two months away from opening my own location. Keith and the other business owners are very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my office opening. They assisted me in every step of the process from helping recruit and select staff, to advising me on my incorporating options, insurance and banking needs, to helping me choose the best office location.
