Over 85% of this revenue was generated through the placement of temporary and contract employees, while close to 15% was from permanent placement revenue. Ideally, new franchisees will have prior recruitment-agency experience or practical business-to-business sales experience in a related field. This fee will allow the franchises to receive: Full funding of temporary / contract workers payroll Full funding of employers tax burden Insurance coverage for temporary / contract employees Commission calculation, tracking and reporting for recruitment professionals Contract/temp employee time and expense tracking Contract/temp employee reporting Bad-debt coverage for outstanding receivables related to temporary / contract workers
