2 IN 2009, the idea for Recruiting in Motion was born with a simple objective: Provide the best professional recruitment services at the most reasonable rates, while integrating a combination of cutting-edge video technology and traditional recruiting methodology to expedite the hiring process for the employers and the candidates. Visual Advantage System Out of this desire, we developed our exclusive process that uses a combination of in-depth candidate interviews, videocapture technology, and secure web-based profiles. We dubbed this process the "Visual Advantage System". This makes the hiring process easier, faster, less expensive and more effective than conventional employment agency techniques. Our franchise fee and royalties are considerably less, and we ensure that our franchisees are provided with full training and support in all aspects of their business including (but not limited to); recruitment, business development, payrolling of temporary/contract employees, assessment testing for all candidates, criminal and credit checking services, development of legal contracts, employment standards support, and many other related areas. Our royalty model is also much simpler than other agencies, ensuring that our franchisees always know exactly what they are earning and so that they can focus on their main objectives; making successful placements and generating revenue.

NORTH AMERICAN STAFFING INDUSTRY The staffing industry in North America is huge; generating over $150 Billion in revenue annually. Close to $15 Billion was produced by Canadian staffing companies. Over 85% of this revenue was generated through the placement of temporary and contract employees, while close to 15% was from permanent placement revenue. Recruiting in Motion s unique franchise model allows franchisees to tap into all aspects of this dynamic industry. Ideally, new franchisees will have prior recruitment-agency experience or practical business-to-business sales experience in a related field. Some of our successful business partners also have practical experience working in the disciplines for which they recruit; such as accounting, finance, sales & marketing, or other professional disciplines week 1 week 2 weeks 7 up to months
5 THE BENEFITS OF BECOMING A FRANCHISEE Assistance with location of space, layout of office and entire office set-up based on a proven, cost-efficient model Our exclusive, proprietary Visual Advantage System (our unique video presentation system that integrates video-clips, resumes, and personal profiles of candidates) Training and orientation (2 weeks at head office, and 2 weeks at franchisee location) Protected territory Ability to fund contract/temp employee payrolls Contract/temp employee time and expense tracking Contract/temp employee reporting Corporate branding Being part of an established, multi-office, growing brand Marketing/advertising strategy Policies/procedures manual developed for all aspects of your business Forms and Templates for all aspects of your business Legal advice & regulatory compliance FRANCHISE/ROYALTY FEES ADDITIONAL FEES (only related to temporary/contract placements) Franchise fee: $25,000 Royalties on permanent placement revenue: 7% Royalties on temporary placement revenue: 4% Additional capital requirements: $65,000 - $110,000 Term: Ten (10) years Renewal: One ten-year (10) term 3.5% Fee on temp/contract payroll expenses. This fee will allow the franchises to receive: Full funding of temporary / contract workers payroll Full funding of employers tax burden Insurance coverage for temporary / contract employees Commission calculation, tracking and reporting for recruitment professionals Contract/temp employee time and expense tracking Contract/temp employee reporting Bad-debt coverage for outstanding receivables related to temporary / contract workers
