Recruitment and onboarding With SelectHR, the entire recruitment process is streamlined. Vacancies can be automatically uploaded to your website and social sharing of vacancies is made easy through links embedded within our online recruitment system. Candidates can apply on-line, manage their application and even import their LinkedIn profile to populate the information. All applicant details are available immediately to the HR department or recruiting manager. More than just an application tracking system, SelectHR will help you manage the offer process with terms and conditions, job information, pre-calculated holiday entitlement and more, pulled together to automatically create offer letters and contracts. Everyone is kept informed with workflow alerts so that both the applicant and the organisation are ready ahead of the start date. Looking to create the best onboarding experience for your new employees and ensure they stay engaged prior to their start? Our onboarding module allows successful applicants to access information ahead of their start date so that they can complete tasks online and gain information about their future work environment. Workflow SelectHR includes standard workflows to manage all of the key HR processes such as adding new employees, making contract changes, booking and approving holiday etc. You have the flexibility to tailor workflows and add additional ones as required. Document management Integral to the SelectHR database, the document management system allows you to hold any type of documents, all searchable by content and linked to the applicant/employee record where relevant. In addition to uploading documents, SelectHR also has mail merge tools which will not only generate the correspondence (in bulk where required) but also file and index the document against each individual. So say goodbye to manual files forever! Integration and sharing of data SelectHR represents the central source of your people data, and sharing this data with other systems is simple. Integration with Access products, 3rd party products and Active Directory are all standard, and there are also standard tools allowing you to export and import data in a number of formats on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis. Additional integration points range from direct data access via Excel, ODBC or direct from SQL Server right through to bespoke web services to suit individual requirements. THE TECHNICAL BIT SelectHR is a browser based.net solution and can be deployed on premise or hosted in our cloud environment, either way with Single Sign On technology. HTML 5 compliant, SelectHR works across a range of devices, including mobile which is built on the same configurable framework as SelectHR. The out-of-the-box solution has been designed to allow access to a range of information when on the move.
