1 Developed fully within NetSuite, Cloudtamers HR powered by NetSuite is an extensive Human Capital Management application that supports those with responsibilities for managing Human Capital Resources and/or controlling Human Resource processes. Cloudtamers HR covers the entire employment lifecycle, from Recruitment, through Retention and Reward to Release, supporting good HR practices and legal compliance. Cloudtamers HR can be configured to work across multiple jurisdictions throughout the world. Developed fully within NetSuite, organisations can take full advantage of all the one-system benefits of NetSuite s single data source principles. Cloudtamers HR is modular and scalable with core functionality covering the main HR operations of most organisations (shown in features 1 5 following) and optional modules available to cover payroll data import/export, flexible benefits management and an extension into a legal compliance service. Tracking organisational posts, grades and salary points across departments, locations and profit-centres Core Feature 2: Instant Compliance Audits See at a glance whether all required information is current and deadlines are met with automatic alerts identifying, for example, impending work visa expiry; training certification renewal requirements or key information required within a jurisdiction that is missing or out of date.

3 Core Feature 3: Working Schedule Full visibility to HR and Line Managers across their down-line team of working schedules, both historic and forecast Detailed absence history and vacation bookings Supports flexible working with configurable shift-patterns, working and non-working calendars Employees can view and submit leave requests for approval and track vacation allowance, vacation booked and vacation taken in hours or in days Enter extended time bookings onto NetSuite time records from a single screen. Core Feature 4: Recruitment and Release Recruitment: Simple vacancy and applicant processes through to complex appointment processes with assessment centres, capturing proficiency metrics across different activities, helping the selection of the right candidate for the job. Cloudtamers HR supports the full process from HR budget to on-boarding. Candidate competencies can be assessed against the technical and personal requirements specified in Job Descriptions. On appointment, applicant data is carried through to the employee record. Release: Whether resignation, retirement, redundancy, transfer or dismissal, Cloudtamers HR provides easy management and legal compliance for each jurisdiction supporting each process from managing the evidence and activities associated with dismissal to managing the exiting of a retiring employee. Core Feature 5: Flexible multi-contract and multi-jurisdiction Cloudtamers HR enables organisations to Manage employees who have multiple different contracts of employment, for example, different leave years, working hours, holiday allowances and contractual terms for sick pay or release.

4 Manage employees and view the full working history as staff transfer across jurisdictions while remaining within the organisation. Optional Modules Optional Module 1: Cloudtamers Payroll Importer powered by NetSuite As an additional feature to Cloudtamers HR s standard functionality and developed fully within NetSuite, Cloudtamers Payroll Importer (PI) brings external payroll transaction information into NetSuite, creating a financial journal optionally summarised by department, class and location, with an option to place copy payslip information on employee records. Whether payroll is run in-house or outsourced (e.g. a payroll bureau), Cloudtamers PI is efficient, accurate and easy to operate, importing information from multiple payrolls across different jurisdiction into NetSuite and NetSuite OneWorld, ensuring NetSuite financial records contain accurate payroll information. Optional Module 2: Cloudtamers Payroll Exporter powered by NetSuite As an additional feature to Cloudtamers HR s standard functionality and developed fully within NetSuite, Cloudtamers Payroll Extractor (PE) extracts from NetSuite the financial information required to process payroll. Configurable for any payroll application, whether in-house or by an external bureau, Cloudtamers PE gathers the relevant information in relation to Employees starting, leaving, changing their details (e.g. address, marital status etc.) and values of pay at different rates for a specific payroll period, whether weekly, two-weekly, monthly, semimonthly etc. Optional Module 3: Flexible Benefits Module for Cloudtamers HR As an additional feature to Cloudtamers HR s standard functionality and developed fully within NetSuite, the Flexible Benefits module provides all the functionality necessary for an organisation to operate its flexible benefit policy. Employees can configure their own benefits package from the options that the organisation provides, per pay grade, age bracket etc. Optional Module 4: HR Legal Compliance Service Through its partnership with Willans Solicitors, Cloudtamers is able to provide access to a fixed-price one-stop-shop for an unlimited HR helpline and HR-related document library and processes templates for England and Wales. This service can be extended to include (e.g.) drafting documents, detailed written advice or advice on other employment law matters, correspondence with employee or employee s representative etc. at an hourly rate. Other jurisdictions available on request. Support Online help files and online training videos are provided by Cloudtamers in addition to technical support via telephone and . Cloudtamers support and consultancy services are offered 9am 5pm UK time on standard UK working days, with extended hours available by arrangement.

5 Pricing and Licencing Cloudtamers HR Core and Flexible benefits module are provided at a fixed annual fee per employee record. Cloudtamers Payroll Importer and Exporter are provided at a fixed annual fee. Cloudtamers HR Legal Compliance Service is provided by our partner solicitors with unlimited access to core functionality at a fixed annual fee per employee record with the option to extend services at an hourly rate. Fixed annual fees include unlimited support throughout the licence period. An additional one-off implementation fee covers system specification, configuration and training for your team. Because Cloudtamers HR is built entirely within NetSuite with all the benefits that brings, certain NetSuite licences are required as well as Cloudtamers HR licences 2. The count of chargeable licences is reset every 12 months on the anniversary of the contract. A full NetSuite licence is needed for each person using Cloudtamers HR s HR manager role and a full NetSuite licence or self-service NetSuite licence is needed for each person using Cloudtamers HR s Line manager role and each person logging in to the Employee Centre. NetSuite has arranged a concessionary rate for NetSuite self-service licences to facilitate the use of Cloudtamers HR and the client should contact their NetSuite account manager to obtain this concessionary rate. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in the above shall obligate Cloudtamers to provide Customer with the NetSuite licences necessary for the running of Cloudtamers HR. It will be the responsibility of Customer to obtain and maintain the required NetSuite software. 3 Chartered status acknowledges the highest level of standards, professionalism and expertise in a field of practice, continual professional education is required to maintain this status.
