Four use cases Scenario 1: Rich Content Crea5on and u5liza5on of interac5ve content for social connected TV (HbbTV / SmartTVs) via mul5- screen applica5ons. Scenario 2: Mul:- Screen Experience We test/experiment with TV- content- accompanying second- screen applica5ons which allow users to easily obtain addi5onal informa5on on a TV programme. Scenario 3: Search and Discovery We experiment applica5ons helping users to discover new content in innova5ve ways. Scenario 4: Personalised Media An applica5on which shows users their ac5vity data as a means to help them manage their cross- device media consump5on. v All these use cases are evaluated through experimenta5on sites 4

SEARCH & DISCOVERY ENGINE! We develop an original algorithm performing «content to content recommendation» based on the weighting of genre! This algorithm is available as a FI Content Specific Enabler SEARCH & DISCOVERY ENGINE 1 5
