Registration To register for the new Online Banking system, follow the registration information/link found on the VCCU website: https://vccuonline.net To register for the first time, 1. Start at the VCCU website Note: All Quest Home Banking Users must register with our new Online Banking system. Click the Online Banking Registration link

Registration Enter your: 1. Account Number Note: The account number can be found on your statement, your membership card, or by contacting VCCU (Do not use the account number found at the bottom of your checks).. Last four digits of the Social Security Number of the primary account holder. Birthdate of the primary account holder (example: 01/01/014) 4. You must review the terms of service agreement by clicking on the link The agreement will display in a separate window Once you have read the agreement the Accept box will be available to continue 5. Type YES to accept the terms of the agreement 6. Click the Submit button to continue the setup 1 5 6 4 4

Registration Create a username, password and enter your email address Click Next to continue Tip: Click on the user name rules link for tips. Tip: For your security please do not use your account number as your username or password. Select three security questions by clicking on the drop-down menu and selecting the security question you wish to answer Type your answer to the question you selected in the answer box Once you have selected three different questions and answered them, click Next 5

Registration Type in a Security Phrase that you will see each time you log into Online Banking Select a Security Picture that you will see each time you login. If you want four more picture choices click the Next link next to the pictures Click Next Tip: The Security Phrase and Picture is for you to recognize that you are on the right website. A common technique for fraudsters to impersonate a financial institution. This minimizes the potential for you to be deceived This page shows that the system is setting up your account 6

Log-in Log-in screen Enter your username and click Next This page will show your Security Phrase, Security Picture and will ask for your Password Enter your Password and click Next Tip: The Security Phrase and Picture is for you to recognize that you are on the right website. A common fraud technique is for fraudsters to impersonate a financial institution. This minimizes the potential for you to be deceived For your security, please answer your Security Question. Tip: If you are using a trusted computer you can click the Yes button so you will not need to answer a security question when using the trusted computer. Click Next to access your account 7

Profile Page The Profile Page is found in the upper right hand corner of your screen. It displays information specific to your online banking profile and allows you to edit your online banking security information To edit the Sign in information, click on the More Details button The page below displays the Sign in information you are able to edit. To edit the information, simply click the Edit link, make your changes and click Save 8

Accounts Tab Account Summary Page 1 The Account Summary Page is the default page that loads after the log-in page. It shows Account Balances, Loan and Credit Card Balances. This page gives you a general overview of your VCCU accounts. 1. If you would like to view the recent transactions of an account, simply click on the Account or Loan name. This will bring you to the Transaction History page 9

Transaction History The Transaction History page is displayed when the account name is clicked. This shows the recent activity of this account. Description/Notes Describes the type of transaction that took place, and where the transaction originated. If it was a debit transaction it gives information about the merchant. Date/Age Describes the date the transaction took place and how long ago it took place. Flags Are a function for your convenience. You can use Flags to call attention to the transaction for review at a later date. Category Categories are an organizational tool in the online banking system that helps you keep track of where your money is going. Merchant Displays a picture of the merchant s logo connected to the transaction. Amount Displays the amount of the transaction. Balance Displays the current balance after the transaction took place. 10

Change Account Nickname To change the nickname of the account as it appears on online banking 1. Begin at the Account Summary Page. Click on the Edit button. The page below displays your accounts. To change the nickname of the account enter the nickname in the corresponding box 11

Editing a Transaction Category 1 To edit add a Note on the transaction, change the Category of the transaction or add a flag to grab your attention 1. Click on the Edit Transaction button, and the box shown above will appear. Type in notes, click on a colored flag, and/or change the category by using the dropdown arrow. Once you have made your edits, click Save to save the edits 1

History Sub Tab The Transaction History page by default displays all of the recent transactions of All Accounts. If you would like to view the transactions of a specific account 1. Click on the Switch Account link. Click the to select the account you wish to view 1

Transfer Tab Transfers To transfer between accounts you must designate whether you are making a transfer between Deposit Accounts (Checking, Savings, and Money Market), Making a Loan Payment, or Making a Credit Line Advance 1. Click on the type of transfer you would like to make. Enter the amount you would like to transfer. For an advance or payment, designate where the transfer is being drawn from and where it is to go Transfer Between Accounts Make Loan Payment Make a Credit Line Advance 14

Scheduled Transfers Scheduled Transfers are displayed on the page below 1. To schedule a transfer, click on the Add Scheduled Transfer link 1 4 5 6. Add Scheduled Transfer by entering the amount of the transfer Tip: There are shortcuts that will auto fill common amounts for your convenience.. Click on the dropdown arrow to select the account you wish the transfer to come from. Click on the dropdown arrow to select the account you wish the transfer to go to 4. Click on the dropdown arrow to select the frequency of the transfer 5. Once these selections are made, click Save to schedule the transfer 15

External Transfers To transfer to an External Account you must set up the external account External Accounts Tab 1. Click on the Add External Account link 1 Tip: The system will need to verify your identity by sending you an email to the email address you have on file.. Click on the Send Passcode To dropdown and select your email address.. Click Send Passcode Tip: Keep online banking open while you check your email. 4. You will receive an email from onlinebanking@ vccuonline.net with your passcode 4 Tip: For your security, you will have 10 minutes to input your passcode. 5. Enter your passcode in the box provided found on the Identity Verification Confirmation page 5 6. Click Confirm Passcode 6 16

External Transfers (Continued) Once your you input the passcode you will be able to enter the external account information. 1. Enter the nickname you would like the account to be called. Enter the routing number. Enter the account number 4. Indicate if the account is a savings or checking account 5. Click Next Tip: For your convenience the bottom of the page displays where you can find the routing number and account number. 1 5 4 17

External Transfers (Continued) The added External Accounts will display on the External Accounts page. 1. Your External Accounts will display on the External Accounts page Note: After - business days check your external account for small test deposits from your VCCU account. Once you see these micro deposits. Click on the Verify link External Account Verify page. Input the micro deposit amounts that appeared on your external account 4. Click Submit 4 18

edocuments Tab The edocuments page displays the electronic documents related to your accounts, including estatements Viewing estatements 1 1. Click on the Electronic Statements sub tab. A pop-up will display the estatement page (see below). Click on the Statement date you wish to review 19

Bill Pay To access Bill Pay click on the Bill Pay tab. The Bill Pay page will show up as a pop-up, so if it does not automatically pop-up change your settings to allow pop-ups for this site. For your convenience there are a number of videos to walk you through Bill Pay. Please view those videos for a detailed tutorial. You can access the videos by clicking on the View Demo or Show me how on the Bill Pay page. There is also a Help Page link you can click for help. 0

Account Services Tab Allows you to order checks, stop a check payment, or request a check. To Order Checks, use the dropdown menu to select the account you wish to order checks. Click Next. This will direct you to our check ordering vendor where you can complete your order To Stop a Check Payment, use the dropdown menu to select the account from which the check was drawn, then input the check number and amount. Click Next. The next screen with ask you to confirm your request. Note: the stop payment will be good for 6 months To Request a Check, type in the amount of the check. Use the dropdown menu to select the account from which the check is to be drawn, then choose to add a comment. Click Next. The next screen with ask you to confirm your request. Note: the check will be sent to the address VCCU has on file 1

Alerts Tab Stay on top of your accounts by setting Alerts to remind you of loan payments, or warn you when your balance is low. Add an Alert 1 1. Click on Add Alert link. Choose the type of alert you wish to set up. Click Next

Add an Alert (continued) Below is an example of adding a Balance Alert. Each type of alert has different criteria and options for you to customize. Customize the alert to serve your specific need, including where you would like the alert to be sent. Tip: Make sure to click Save to save your alert when you are finished.

Budget Tab Allows you to Run reports on your accounts for you to review View your transactions in categories to help you keep track of your spending and income View Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Transactions in graphs for further ease of review Set up a budget and compare your budget to the actual spending 1 Budget Page View 1. Expense categories are general groupings of your transactions. It displays three months at a time. If you would like to find an earlier month, click on the arrow above the month column. The system will display the next consecutive month based upon the direction of the arrow. The page automatically includes all of the accounts, but if you would like to view a specific account click on the drop down arrow next to the Report On section to select a different account. Then click Next. To view a graph of your monthly transactions, organized by category, click on the graph icon next to the month you wish to view 4

Editing Categories 1 To change the name of the Category and allow the system to recognize transactions and automatically place them in the correct category 1. Begin on the Budget page. Click on the category edit icon. Change the name 4. Set a budget amount here 5. To add key words that the system will recognize, click on the Explain link and follow the instructions 6. Click Save 4 5 6 5

Editing Transactions from a Graph The system automatically recognizes many of your transactions and places them in Categories. The system places transactions that it does not recognize into the category None. It is most easily seen when viewing a monthly graph. How to edit a transaction 1. Begin on the Budget page. Select the graph icon next to month you wish to view. The graph will display the categories of transactions for that month 1 6

Editing Transactions from a Graph (continued). Click on the portion of the graph that is labeled None. The All Accounts Transaction History page will display 4. Click on the Edit Transaction button 5. Click on the dropdown menu and select the correct category 6. Click Save 4 6 5 7

Creating a Budget 1. Begin on the Budget page. Click on Suggest. This is a good starting point because it will set a budget based upon your three previous months category averages.. On the Budget Suggested Monthly Budget page, click on the Use This Budget link 4. Click on the Budget tab at the top of the page to return to the Budget page (See page 5 for specifics) 5. To edit your budget amounts for each category, click on the Edit Category icon, and change the budget amount desired (See page 6 for specifics) 5 8

Dashboards Dashboards show you a quick snapshot of your accounts. There are a many ways to view your accounts using the Dashboard page To set up a Dashboard 1. Begin on the Dashboards page. Click on the dropdown menu titled Add Widget and select the information you would like to display. Click Add to add the dashboard 4. The dashboards will be there for you to view whenever you login to the online banking site 1 4 9
