For the firms that are measuring ROI, the most popular responses were: Google analytics/web traffic, Facebook analytics, followers, visits, likes, responses/comments, leads/referrals for work, retweets, mentions, name recognition/brand awareness, recruitment, event attendance, and relationship building/strengthening. 13.
