Students analyze, journalize, and post transactions; develop general and subsidiary ledgers; and prepare payroll and financial reports. (115) Advanced College Accounting - Interpret and analyze partnerships, corporate, and/or manufacturing accounting data using manual methods. Students evaluate financial data and budgets, audit inventory and cost accounts, and perform payroll procedures. (130) College Payroll Accounting - Process payroll data using manual payroll procedures. Students calculate gross earnings, complete payroll register, post employee records, and prepare payroll income tax forms. (135) Managerial Accounting - Focus on strategic decision-making related to cost analysis and cost management.
