PERMANENT ROLES Programme Delivery Practice PMO Lead - London: Accountability for the leadership of a team to deliver a PMO Managed Service to our FTSE 100 clients. Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction is achieved and ECS contractual commitments are met. Typically delivering reporting and Management Information to executive level Stakeholders for multi-million pound programmes of change, and driving the quality and timeliness of information flows between all major Stakeholders. Senior PMO Analysts / PMO Analysts - London: Working as part of a team to deliver a PMO Managed Service to our FTSE 100 clients. Typically delivering reporting and Management Information to executive level Stakeholders for multi-million pound programmes of change. Providing analysis and assurance of information required for critical and key decision making processes, and ensuring governance of programmes and projects is being adhered to. PMO Analysts (Finance Specialists) - London: Working as part of a team to deliver a PMO Managed Service to our FTSE 100 clients. PERMANENT ROLES Networks Practice Network Architects - London & M62 Corridor: Working with clients to solve mission critical network and business problems, including the development of network plans, architecture and strategies in order to help design and implement total network solutions within the context of their businesses environment. Roles will be project based, working to ensure that key business processes and management considerations are supported by network architecture and design. This will involve leading or working on projects to assist clients in the development and evaluation of Enterprise-wide network plans, policies, procedures and practices. Expertise in one or more networking areas is essential, as are demonstrable project management capabilities. PERMANENT ROLES Data Centre Practice (cont d) Technical Specialists (SQL DBA) - London & Manchester: Experience of multiple Microsoft technologies across various versions and on a variety of platforms Windows Administration, SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 R2, 2012, TSQL, Data Transformation Services (DTS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), BI analysis and reporting services. Experience of performance tuning and database migration. Previous experience of complex and/or large scale installs, upgrades, migrations and patching. Application SME - Edinburgh: Strong experience working in a SOX environment and knowledge of the constraints that are in place within a SOX environment. A background in legacy application upgrade or eradication, previous experience in a business facing technical role focused on applications and providing application focused technical expertise across a broad range of legacy SOX applications. Application Migration Analyst - London: Expertise in packaging, configuring and testing Windows desktop software for mass delivery in a locked-down, multi-user environment. Experience of repackaging and analysis of Server delivered applications. Good working knowledge of Windows Installer technology and MSI databases. Strong capability with App-V. Experience of Citrix, Microsoft and CA deployment tools an advantage. Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBScript or batch scripting to automate tasks within a Microsoft Windows environment. Previous experience of the Financial Services sector would be highly advantageous. Technical Specialists (Microsoft Server Support) - Edinburgh, Leeds & London: Strong experience with Windows 2003/2008 Server administration including configuration (physical and virtual). Strong background in the support and configuration of Active Directory, DNS and SCCM. Experience of VMware within Enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of major brands hardware including clustering and blade technology. Knowledge of backup, restore and recovery procedures. Experience of large/enterprise level infrastructures. Application Technical Discovery Coordinator - M62 corridor / Manchester: Experience in gathering requirements and providing pre-requisites for application packaging project is essential. Strong logical diagnostic skills; ability to identify solution paths and escalation routes for technical issues associated with application migration activity for both Windows 7 and App-V. The ability to communicate to multiple support teams to establish the correct action required to ensure application functionality is essential. PERMANENT ROLES Security Practice Security Architects - London & Edinburgh: A strong background in security architecture and design, preferably but not essentially in a Retail Banking environment. Experience in enterprise architecture analysis, developing technology architecture roadmaps that align with an organisations business strategy and design principles. A deep understanding of Authentication and Authorisation, being able to fully distinguish between the two in the context of access to services. A good understanding of encryption and PKI infrastructure, including 2FA, certificates and OTP. A full understanding of ID Federation (SAML, OAUTH, WS* and OpenID), along with SIEM, IDS/IPS, authentication and encryption experience is essential. Experience in a range of delivery methods including Agile, V-Model and Waterfall delivery styles, the ability to recommend and apply experience to delivery methodology decision making. Leadership skills to support and guide programmes. Arc sight Security Consultant - Edinburgh & London: Design, review or implement internal guidelines, policies, procedures and IT Security mechanisms (including countermeasures), ensuring they are adequate, functional and fit-for-purpose, and in compliance with industry standards. Proven experience in networking and/or security consulting is essential, as is experience of implementation of SIEM tools; implementation of Vulnerability Management tools; GRC Framework or Risk Management. Network Security Analysts - Edinburgh: Network/Security Analysts are responsible for providing security alert detection and analysis capabilities across multiple technologies to ensure that security incidents are identified. A background in network security monitoring, experience of being part of security incident response team and using Intrusion Detection Systems/Intrusion Protection Systems (IDS/IPS) to monitor and investigate attacks is essential. Security Shift Team Leads - Edinburgh: Team Leads/Managers with demonstrable experience in managing a variety of staff within a fast paced change/incident environment. A 24x7 shift basis applies, supporting our managed service delivering a security monitoring solution. Technical skills required include: Change and incident monitoring, implementation of SIEM tools, proven and in depth experience of working in IT Security or Information Security, Security Monitoring or Security Operations Centre (SOC) experience. Security Threat/Intelligence Consultants - Edinburgh: Maintain a clear view of the relevant IT security threats and potential attacks against an organisation, as well as being able to advise and make recommendations to the relevant areas in how to defend their business against such threats. Working closely with other specialist areas globally. SCCM Deployment Consultant - Manchester: Effective SCCM client management for a Global estate. Perform basic SCCM site checks for the Global other SCCM environments. Perform daily, weekly and monthly operating procedures on managed environments to ensure healthy site status. Security SME - Reading: Identify, define, document and develop security baselines for various platforms based on industry best-practices. Identify and provide alternatives to the methodologies used for the creation of the security baselines. Ensure that the security baselines created are sound and secure and that all exclusions have been risk analysed and accepted by the appropriate Stakeholders. Splunk Analyst - M62 corridor / Manchester: Responsible for supporting the onboarding process of new security events on to the firm s Splunk deployment from a range of technologies. Working on the Splunk application releases and upgrades. Previous Unix / Linux scripting knowledge is highly desirable in addition to demonstrable experience of supporting and managing a large Splunk environment. Security Consultant - M62 corridor / Manchester: Working on a global security programme to drive Information Security requirements and solutions into change programmes and improve consolidated security risk profiles. Must have knowledge in multiple information security technologies, and experience in securing information for cross functional and cross platform applications.
