Welcome to Weet-Bix MyCricket & MILO in2cricket Please take a few minutes to read through this getting started guide, which gives an overview of how to set up MILO in2cricket for your Centre and how to carry out the key tasks through the centre management section. Accessing Weet-Bix MyCricket Accessing the MILO in2cricket Management Section In order to access the MILO in2cricket Management section you must be both a registered Centre with your State Association and you must also be set up with login details: 1. If your club/centre is already registered with Weet-Bix MyCricket and you do not have any login details you can be setup with a Login ID by your club s Principal User. Alternatively, you should contact your State MILO in2cricket Coordinator for assistance. 2. Register to become a MILO in2cricket centre through the MILO in2cricket website (www.in2cricket.com.au) and clicking on the Coordinators link. Once you have registered online, your state MILO in2cricket Coordinator will provide you with login details to Weet-Bix MyCricket Logging into Weet-Bix MyCricket to access the MILO in2cricket Management Section To access the Centre Management Section you must log into Weet-Bix MyCricket. Go to http://mycricketadmin.cricket.com.au and use your Weet-Bix MyCricket login details to access the site. MILO in2cricket Centre Management Section 1. Setup Online Registration and Payment 2. Activate your Centre 3. Perform ongoing tasks like Ordering in2cricket packs, adding new participants, viewing who s registered and who s paid. Each area of the MILO in2cricket Management Centre section is covered with a brief description in this Getting Started Guide. Set-up your Centre Step 1 - Set Up Registrations Process For more detailed information about the online payment and registration functions then please refer to the Online Payment & Registration Getting Started Guide. Select Setup Registration Process. Once you have clicked on this you will be directed to the Online Registration and Payments page. Note: If this is your first time, then you may be directed to the welcome page which will require you to read and accept the terms and conditions. 1. If required, set-up online Bank Details. This only needs to be set-up if your centre intends to take online payments. For security reasons, you will need to request a person with a Financial Manager role (usually your club secretary) to set this up. 2. Set-up your centre s Registrations Types. For MILO in2cricket these are likely to be: Have a Go, Have a Game, BFZ Have a Go, BFZ Have a Game. You can also sell products such as club caps through here as well. 3. Set-up your centre s Registration Form. There is only one form per in2cricket centre but you can allocate one or many registrations Types to it. Payment Gateway If you are allowing online payments this will need to be set to Cricket Australia Payment System Registration Types Select and Add available Registration types and/or products e.g. Have a go, Have a Game etc And don t forget to select Update to save 2. Click here set-up Registration Types 3. Click here to set-up a Registration Form 1. Enter Bank Details if setting up online payments Step 2 - Activate & Update Your Centre Details Navigate to the MILO in2cricket Centre Management via the Menu: Organisation>MILO in2cricket Centre Management V 3.1, Last Updated: September 21 st 2010 Page 3 of 6
Select Activate Your Centre 1. Select Activate your centre. 2. Enter appropriate information into this centre details page. This information is advertised directly on the MILO in2cricket website so that interested parents and participants can see when and where the program is running. 3. When entering the program details, there is a tabbed section for each program type. You must activate each program that you will be running and enter the program details for each one. 4. Before clicking Update, ensure that you tick the Active for Current Season checkbox and accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the checkbox. Once you select Save, your centre is activated. Your Centre is now advertised on the Where can I Play Cricket Centre Finder, more importantly participants can now register for your program online. Enter your Centre s name into the search on www.in2cricket.com.au and check that your centre details and registration types are displaying correctly. Step 3 Perform ongoing tasks Ordering your in2cricket Packs It is recommended that once you have activated the centre details that you order your coordinator pack. You must order your coordinator pack before ordering other products. Select Order Coordinator & Participant Packs. This will open the MILO in2cricket Order Management System (OMS). For assistance with using the OMS, you can download a specific user guide from Weet-Bix MyCricket Support & FAQ centre in the download section. You can access this user guide through the Additional Resources section. Show me who s paid From the MILO in2cricket Management Section, the Show me who paid button will direct you to the Payments Received Summary Screen. ALL participants that make a payment online will automatically appear in this list with the amount that they paid. You can also add details of cash and cheque payments to ensure you have a complete online record of all participant payments. Select the in2cricket role and subroles. Select the date range. Click Refresh. To add a payment or edit payment status click on the edit link. Add a New Participant You can add a participant to your MILO in2cricket registration list through this option. Click on Add a New Participant and search for their name. If they do not exist then select New Record option and complete all the contact details in the form, including selecting the correct MILO in2cricket role. If they do exist then select transfer to Add the person to your list. Important Note: This will not remove them from their existing club/centre. Bulk Upload New Participants This is the best way to upload a number of participants at one time by downloading an Excel spreadsheet that you can complete with all participant details and then upload. must be exactly as specified in order to be uploaded onto the system. It is recommended that you access the Help on this topic link at the top of the Bulk Person Import page. Download a List of All Participants Use this option to download a list of all participants that the coordinator has registered as well as any participants who have registered online via the MILO in2cricket website. Select Download a List of All Participants, it will give you the option to open or save. It is suggested that you Open the document (as a text file), copy all information and paste into excel. This will make for easier reading and sorting.
