AR-1 support levels are delivered from the Juniper Networks Louisville, KY depot located in the United States. The site location of the product must be within 1the following distance locations of the depot in order for Juniper to provide Same-Day and Same-Day Onsite service o o o o o United States/ Canada: 150 miles max EMEA : 120 miles max APAC All countries except India is 43 miles max (70KM) INDIA is 31 miles max (50km) Mexico / LATIN AMERICA: 62 miles max (100km) Next-Day Onsite, Same-Day, and Same-Day Onsite support programs require pre-approval prior to Juniper Networks accepting a purchase order.
