Colt ownership Colt was founded in 1992 by Fidelity: its ultimate parent company was first quoted on the London Stock Exchange in 1996 and was a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. In December 2014, Colt completed the acquisition of KVH, an infrastructure based service provider in networks and data centres across Asia - this partnership strengthens Colt s ability to meet the demand from customers for seamless solutions on a global basis. Colt Group S.A. was delisted from the London Stock Exchange in September 2015 after the Fidelity Offer to acquire the minority shareholding not held by Fidelity was made unconditional.
