1.2! Core Sizing and Specification Approach Step 1: Decide between a Cloud or Hybrid Cloud Deployment Cloud means your entire service is hosted on the Skyscape Cloud IaaS platform. Hybrid Cloud means you blend services hosted within the Skyscape Cloud with locally hosted applications to achieve high availability. Step 2: Size the Core Platform and Connectivity Owing to our approach of leveraging the Skyscape Cloud IaaS platform to underpin our service, we are able to provide a flexible approach to only consuming the amount of compute and storage infrastructure, scaled to meet your sizing requirements for each of the core elements within our service. Simply choose from the tiers described in Section 2 of this Pricing Document to size the platform based on your needs in terms of the core telephony, Unified Communications and Collaboration applications you wish to consume. Finally, connectivity between your premises and the Skyscape Cloud should be chosen. This may include PSN, N3 or Internet for example. Pricing is based on the amount of data transferred and will vary depending on the size and complexity of your deployment. Furthermore, if you wish to have Internet facing services such as Cisco WebEx Meetings Server, Internet transit should be chosen and again is priced based on the amount of data transferred. If you opt for a dual data centre design, please also consider inter-data centre connectivity. Step 3: Size Cloud Voice Gateways and Voice Connectivity Based on your requirements for voice connectivity to external organisations and the PSTN, you may choose from three pre-defined voice gateway packages ranging from 100 to 600 concurrent inbound or outbound calls when considered highly available. Voice connectivity should be sized based on current and expected usage; typically, between 10 and 20 users per voice channel to the PSTN. A voice gateway (or pair of gateways) within each of your locations with associated connectivity is highly recommended. Customer Premises Equipment may not be procured through G-Cloud; customers must procure any hardware through other government frameworks, such as RM1054. Step 4: Choose Licenses for Users and Devices Using the user packages and licensing described in our Service Definition, choose the number of users of each type required. Ensure you have correctly sized your platform in step 2 for the collaboration applications you require and the number of users. If you have existing Cisco licensing for Unified Communications and Collaboration applications, it is entirely possible to utilise these with our service, on the basis that any licensing may be upgraded to the latest release under the Software Support Service (SWSS) program. Step 5: Choose Handsets, Analogue Gateways and Cisco TelePresence Using the handsets and analogue gateway options described in our Service Definition, choose the number of users of each type required. Ensure you have chosen the correct licenses for your devices in step 4. Devices and TelePresence Endpoints may not be procured through G-Cloud; customers must procure any hardware through other government frameworks, such as RM1054. If you have existing handsets, our service supports the entire range of Cisco handsets, plus many standards-based handsets from other vendors. If you require a handset that is not listed, please contact Cinos for clarification. Copyright 2015 Cinos Communications Ltd. Page 5 of 33

2! Size the Core Platform 2.1! Overview The tiers provided within this section allow you to size different Unified Communications and Collaboration applications based on requirements. For example, you may need 8,000 telephony users, of which only 2,000 require Unified Messaging. In this example, choose the 10,000 Cisco Unified Communications Manager tier, and the 5,000 Cisco Unity Connection Unified Messaging tier. Remember at this stage you are sizing the total platform size for all of your users and requirements, so it is advisable to consider and include room for any expected growth within the contract period. It is possible however to upgrade to a higher tier during the contract period. 2.2! Standard, Cloud HA and Hybrid Cloud Each tier has the option for Standard, Cloud HA or Hybrid Cloud.! Choose Standard if you wish to have a single instance of each application in the Skyscape Cloud o! The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Standard is 99.9%! Choose Cloud HA if you wish to have a fully cloud high availability deployment o! The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Cloud HA is 99.99%! Choose Hybrid Cloud or if you wish to deploy a Hybrid Cloud with high availability provided by a blend of Skyscape Cloud and on-premises infrastructure o! The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Hybrid Cloud is 99.99% Each deployment is based on a pre-defined set of virtual machines running at all times. Assured and Elevated services follow the Skyscape Cloud security levels described within our Service Definition document. Cloud HA services are delivered from dual Skyscape data centres. A dual data centre deployment will attract connectivity inter-data centre charges as set out within this Pricing Document. Copyright 2015 Cinos Communications Ltd. Page 6 of 33

3! Size Cloud Voice Gateways and Voice Connectivity Overview Based on your requirements for voice connectivity to external organisations and the PSTN, you may choose from three pre-defined voice gateway packages ranging from 100 to 600 concurrent inbound or outbound calls. Voice connectivity should be sized based on current and expected usage; typically, between 10 and 20 users per voice channel to the PSTN. A voice gateway (or pair of gateways) within each of your locations with associated connectivity is highly recommended. Our team will be more than happy to help you specify voice gateways for local sites, however they may not be purchased through the G-Cloud framework. Use one of the other frameworks, such as RM1054 to purchase hardware. Remember at this stage you are sizing the total platform size for all of your users and requirements, so it is advisable to consider and include room any expected growth within the contract period. Voice Gateways Cloud voice gateways are deployed as a pair of resilient gateways, and may be deployed in single or across dual data centres as required. Larger deployments are available upon request. 6! Discount and Purchase Schemes 6.1! Overview Both Skyscape and Cisco provide discount schemes based on requirements. We will pass on any discounts from our vendors (Skyscape and Cisco) directly to our customers. 6.2! Skyscape Cloud Customers can choose between three discount or purchase schemes: Option 1: Commitment Discount Customers commit to spending a specific minimum amount each month for a minimum of 12 months. The discount level attained is based on the total spend committed. To achieve the discount, the customer will fix a value that they will commit to spend for each month of the term. This must be in a single PO with each month as a separate line item. As customers can consume more than their committed amount each month, they must also add an additional line item and value to cover any overspend. This must be part of the same PO. If the customer has an existing contract, they need to accept a Contract Change Notice and set the values as outlined above. If multiple contracts are affected, any changes will be made via a Side Letter. PO Value Discount Level < 250K 0% 250K 499K 9% 500K 749K 13% 750K 1,499k 16% 1,500K + 19%! Individual projects or departments (billing entities associated with each monthly spend) can be amended during the year through discussion with and agreement from Skyscape; however the committed value cannot be reduced midterm! Customers get a discounted rate for each month up to the set monthly figure only, not for overuse.! At the end of each month Skyscape will do one of two things:! If the actual usage is above the committed value, Skyscape will take the value from the monthly commitment line item and the remaining balance from the overspend line item! If the actual usage is below the set value, Skyscape will bill the customer the committed value! At the end of the 12 months, Skyscape will rebate the customer the value of the applicable discount over the 12-month period minus any overuse for the last month; for example, the invoice for month 12 is for the committed consumption plus any overuse at standard prices with the potential for a 12-month rebate! If the overspend PO line item value is spent before the end of the 12 months, the customer must issue a top-up PO value for the remainder of the 12 months, or increase their spend and commit to a further 12 months! The customer will pay for any usage above the set amount at the standard rates! The discount is set based on the committed PO value, not the actual usage Copyright 2015 Cinos Communications Ltd. Page 28 of 33

Option 2: Annual Subscription Discount OPEN Customers can gain a discount off the standard rates by subscribing to pay for VMs for a minimum 12-month period. Skyscape will take the discount of the annualised hourly cost of the VM which is payable in 12 equal monthly payments, regardless of actual usage. Subscription Period Discount Level 12 months 9% Customers must specify the quantity of VMs (by VM size, service level and impact level) they wish to subscribe to. The Skyscape billing system will automatically offset the cost of VMs which exactly match the size, service level and impact level of the specified VMs. All other VMs and ancillary services (additional storage allocated to subscribed VMs) will be billed at standard Skyscape rates. Option 3: Cloud Credits The Cloud Credits option is designed to allow organisations to purchase Cloud Credits up-front and redeem them against Skyscape cloud services over a maximum 2-year period. This allows organisations which need to effectively commit their CAPEX or budget spend in advance, and monthly usage will be deducted from the balance until depleted.! The purchase of Cloud Credits can be made against any G7 Service Definition, and Cloud Credits are transferable between services.! Cloud Credits can be used for a single service or a combination of services or orders.! Any unused Cloud Credits at the end of the 2-year period will be non-refundable.! Every 1 spent on Cloud Credits = 1 to be spent on Skyscape cloud services 6.3! Cisco Discount Schemes All software and SWSS pricing specification within this Pricing Document has been based on standard Cisco discounts. Without knowing the requirements or magnitude of any potential order, it is not possible to calculate our pricing any other way. Cisco offers a number of discount schemes, such as the Technology Migration Program (TMP), where customers may trade in old equipment and achieve a higher level of Cisco discount. Upon agreement of any discount schemes from Cisco, Cinos will pass on a discount to our customers. Purchase Options All capital costs within our service may be OPEX optimised through using Cisco Finance. Please speak to Cinos for further information. Copyright 2015 Cinos Communications Ltd.
