Logging on to a Web Conference To log on to a started web conference you need the information you received prior to the web conference e. g. by e-mail. How to log on to a web conference using this information: Click on the link you have received. The client is downloaded from the server. Start the client. You are logged on to the web Logging out of a Web Conference How to log out of a web conference: Click on in the sidebar. The dialog for logging out opens. Click on Close. You are logged out of the web Changing the Viewing Direction If you are moderator, you can toggle the view direction: The viewer becomes presenter and vice versa. Toggling the Zoom Mode If you are viewer or presenter, you can toggle between total view and a section of the view: As presenter you thus toggle the view for all viewers. Important Information All client settings as well as the documents in the fileboard are completely deleted at the end of the conference! Changing the Screen Transmission Quality If you are presenter, you can select the screen transmission quality: Select the desired transmission quality. Your screen is now transmitted in the selected quality. Interrupting the remote Control If you are presenter and a viewer may remotecontrol your desktop, you can interrupt the remote control anytime: The remote control of the viewer is interrupted.

You can operate the whiteboard with the following features. Selecting Applications for Transmission As presenter, you can select started applications for transmission: Open the Application filter menu item. Activate the applications by ticking off the respective check boxes. Disable the applications by clearing the respective check boxes. Chat Feature How to send messages to other participants: Open the Chat menu item in the sidebar. Enter your text in the lowest line. Press the Enter key on your keyboard to send the text.
