Initial Log-in to estatements Go to our website: www.sscu.net 1. Hover over Personal Services 2. Click on estatements

estatement Enrollment Form Enter your account number and click Continue to enroll. Complete all fields in the form.

Accept Disclosure Scroll to the bottom of the enrollment form and click I Agree After you enroll, you will receive an email with your login information. The next time your statement is generated you will receive an email notification that your statement is ready. You can click on the link and log in.

Advantages to estatements You will have your statements faster than if they were mailed. Both your account and Visa/Home Equity statements can be delivered electronically. You have access to 18 months of statements and check copies online. You can save them to your computer so that you don t have hard copies lying around your house with your financial information on them. If you travel, you don t have to worry about your statement being left in your mailbox. You can access it anytime, anywhere online.

NetWorth24 Initial Login

Logging into NetWorth24 as a new user! What you need to get started: 1. A personal computer 2. Your account number 3. Your epin 1 st time only!

Confirm your email 1 st time only! The email that Seven Seventeen Credit Union has on file will prefill to this email address field. If it is correct Continue; If it is not correct, type in the correct email address and click Continue. The email entered here is very important. It will be: Kept on record with Seven Seventeen Credit Union as your primary email; An option to receive a passcode to gain access to your account; The email used if you forget your username.

Create a username & password When the cursor is in the New Username or New password field, there is a fly out window with the criteria. Once it is met, green checkmarks will appear. Username criteria: Six or more characters & Cannot be all numbers Password criteria: Minimum of six characters. Use a mix of letters, numbers or symbols. Retype the password. Passwords must match. 1 st time only! Click Save and go to my account

Setting up Passcode Delivery Apasscode consists of 6 random digits and it will expire after 10 minutes. It is used as a way to verify your identity when logging into different devices. Your passcode can be set-up to be delivered in the following ways: Email The email address you previously verified/entered will be displayed. Phone CLICK on Add your phone number to add a phone number. (Enabling Text as a way to receive the access code is also an option.) 1 st time only! NOTE: If you need to reset your password in the future, it can only be delivered to a phone number entered here. (no email)

Requesting & Entering the passcode Next, you have to select one of the following in order to go to your accounts: Yes, register my private computer means you are using a computer that belongs to you. You will log on to your account from this computer in the future and you will store a personal cookie here. No, this is a public computer means you are using a computer that doesn t belong to you (work, library) and you do not want a personal cookie stored on that computer.

Home Page My Accounts is the first tab -also known as the home page. Make Transfers transfer to loans, other savings, checking, etc. Set up alerts set up email or mobile alerts. View history click on any of the accounts for transaction details, even view your checks. Purchase rewards If you have a checking with a debit card, you can sign up to receive rewards on your purchases. Pay bills If you have a checking, once payees are set up you can pay your bills right from the home page. FinanceWorks track your spending, aggregate your accounts

Enrolling in Bill Pay 1 Click to enroll 2 application will prefill, must fill in the field for mother s maiden name 3 check the box to accept disclosure, click continue.

Ready to start paying bills! Electronic payments:if our Bill Pay trusted partner has an electronic relationship with your payee, your payment will be made electronically and your account will be debited on the due date you selected. Check payments:if our Bill Pay trusted partner does not have an electronic relationship with your payee, your payment could be made by check in one of two ways: Draft Check (most common) your account is debited when the payee deposits the check (just as though it was written out of your checkbook). Vendor Corporate Check -your account is debited on the due date you selected (one large check is sent to the payee for multiple members ).

Making Transfers Make a Transfer transfer instantly between accounts Schedule a Transfer schedule a transfer to be made in the future (one-time or recurring). Loan Payment from External FI Complete a form to make a payment to an SSCU loan from a checking at another FI. External Transfers Transfers can be set up from another FI to your SSCU account and vice versa. You must be the primary owner on the account at SSCU and the account at the other FI.

Cross Account Access Agreement Print, read, sign and return this form to SSCU to gain access to another account that you are joint on via online banking. Primary owners on both accounts must sign this form.

Setting up Text Message Banking 1. Activate your phone Just text a short command to 454545 and quickly receive the information you want. Here are the requests you can make with Text Message Banking: BAL Current and available balances for a primary account you designate 2. Select primary account & set up automatic text messages LAST The last five transactions in your primary account BAL ALL Current balances for all the accounts you have with us TRANS Transfer funds to your primary account STOP Cancel the Text Message Banking service You can also set up email notifications

Need a card? Visa Debit Card Form If you need to order a new debit card or replace one: Primary member - complete this form and Submit. Joint Owner complete, print, then sign and mail the form to SSCU. Apply for Visa Credit Card link to apply online for a Visa Credit Card. Credit Card Travel Notification Form Debit Card Travel Notification Form Complete these forms to notify SSCU that you will be traveling. If we notice a different spending pattern, your card could be inadvertently blocked.

Maintaining your information Once logged into NetWorth24, there are several tabs in the upper right hand corner: Personal Information is communicated and updated with SSCU. (email address, mailing address and phone number.) Login & Securityis strictly used to verifying your identity on any device when logging in.

Logging into your account after the initial set-up After entering your username and password at log in, you may be asked to validate your identity. This means: You have never logged into this device before or, Your cookies were cleared since your last log in or; You chose the option No, this is a public computer the last time you logged into this device: Click on one of the options presented to receive your passcode.

Even though I registered my computer, why do I still need to verify my identity? When your computer is registered, a cookie (device identifier) is left in several places within your browser. As a result, even if you make it a practice to delete cookies manually, the presence of cookies in other places should allow us to identify your computer. However, some anti-virus software and certain browsers may delete the cookies from all locations, therefore your identity would need to be verified again.

Forgot Username or Password

Forgot Password Click on the link called Forgot Password or Username? Enter phone number that is on your account. Enter your Username. Click Send me a new password. You will receive a phone call with a new temporary password. After you enter it, you will be required to set up a new password.

Forgot Username Click on the link called Forgot Password or Username? Click on the link I forgot my username. Enter the email address that you already have on file in NetWorth24 and click Send. You will get an email with your username.

TIPS for the Forgot Password & Username process If the temporary password has any letters in it, they will be all lower case. If you do not get a phone call with your temporary password: A wrong phone number was entered (typo or not in our records). Try again (limit of 3 attempts) After 3 attempts, you can either call into our TeleServices Department or stop into a branch. If you do not get an email with your username: A wrong email was entered (typo or not in our records). Try again (limit of 3 attempts) After 3 attempts, you will need to stop into a branch to update your email address (requires a signature). It is very important to keep your contact information updated.

Mobile Banking

Downloading our Mobile Banking App After you have set up NetWorth24 on a PC, you can have access on other mobile devices (ipad, tablet, smart phone). The best way to gain access: Download our Mobile App -Go to your browser and type in our website: www.sscu.net It will direct you to download our app. See below:

Mobile Banking Apps You can go directly to the App Store or Google Play and type in the search box Seven Seventeen Credit Union. We currently have two apps: This app, is our mobile banking app. It gives you access to NetWorth24 and Remote Deposit Capture. This is our original app. It gives you GPS directions to our branches, access to rates and calculators but does not give you access to NetWorth24. NOTE: If you are unable to download an app, you can also access your accounts using our Mobile Web Banking. Go to www.sscu.netand click on Mobile Banking to log in.

Logging into Mobile Banking from our App After downloading our app for NetWorth24 access, you can login. Enter the Username and Password that you previously created and click Login.

Requesting a Passcode Remember On every new device you log into, your identity will need to be verified. When you completed your security set up in NetWorth24, you entered a phone number to receive passcodes. This phone number will display with the option(s) available. (Text or Call)

Success! You will now see your accounts! By clicking on the menu bar in the upper left corner, you will see these options: Quick Tips: Pay Bills in order to pay a bill from your mobile device, the payees must be set up using a PC. Deposit Checks -take a picture of a check to deposit it into your account!

Future identity verification from this device For Best Practice security, you may want to get a passcode each time you log in using your mobile device. If you choose this option: On the More screen, look at Remember this device, change it to OFF (default is ON ).

Advantages to mobile banking Access to your account is at your finger tips. Transfer money, pay bills, monitor your account. Remote Deposit Capture take a picture of your check and deposit it into your account. Coming Adding payees to bill pay from your phone. Right now payees can only be added on a PC.

As long as your identity can be verified and you are the primary owner on the account, they will be able to help you get logged into any of these services.
