The general feedback was good. Some discussion about facilitators; their role as independant actors vs ESCOs, costs, tasks etc and the need for public procurement of these tasks. The number of facilitators in Norway is very limited. Hopefully the new national standard will contribute towards a development of this side of the EPC market. 1
