The organizers cannot provide any financial assistance to cover the delegates traveling or accommodation expenses. Call for Papers The International Symposium Human Resources and Economic Success Contributions from Different Disciplines & Different National Environments 27 28 February 2004, Paderborn / Germany draws our attention to the interrelatedness and the complexity of a broad array of scholarly perspectives which bear influence on the discipline of managing human resources in an increasingly international context. Therefore, papers from different disciplines and theoretical angles as well as papers using diverse levels of analysis and multiple empirical methods are welcome. In particular, papers addressing the following issues are invited for submission to the symposium: Human resources and economic success Industrial relations in an international comparative context Theoretical underpinnings of the discipline of HRM International comparative human resource management and expatriate management Contemporary issues in human resources and its strategic integration Deadline for submission of full papers is 9 January 2004.
