GIATA MultiCodes Clearly identifying and updating master data for hotels are indispensable aspects of internal and external communication, particularly when dealing with large amounts of data and in collaboration with multiple suppliers. In order to respond to these complex demands, GIATA has compiled the GIATA MultiCodes database, which comprises the GIATA Codes, Broker and Tour Operator Codes and GIATA GeoCodes modules, as well as GIATA Hotel Addresses and Affiliations to Chains or Groups. GIATA Codes GIATA Codes clearly identify over 371,000 specific hotels/hotel complexes, including details of the location and country, and assign a unique GIATA ID to every single hotel/hotel complex. This ensures that every property, regardless of different spellings, duplicate listings and changes in company trading names, can always be clearly identified. Broker and Tour Operator Codes Along with the clear identification of hotels, this optional module currently provides more than 11 million booking codes of over 390 tour operators and hotel brokers (GTA, Sabre, Hotelbeds, Tourico, Amadeus and many more). It can also provide booking codes of additional sales and content partners (Expedia, Agoda, Zoover and many more) upon request. We recommend our MultiCodes product video in HD on Youtube. Just scan the QR Code with your smartphone. Affiliation to a hotel chain or group This optional module currently stores the hotel chain or group affiliation of around 68,500 hotels. GIATA Geocodes GIATA Geocodes are latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates, which are regularly checked manually, of over 342,000 hotels in the most commonly booked destinations. The information provided includes details such as the street number, street, district or town/city (sometimes interpolated). Your global partner for content GIATA Hotel Guide Multilingual GIATA Hotel Guide Multilingual delivers hotel descriptions for more than 151,000 hotels worldwide. The continuoustext hotel descriptions are currently available in 12 languages (with additional languages planned) and delivered with accompanying images, if available. Using the optional Content Management tool, GIATA Realtime Catalogue 2.0 (see page 6), which was specially developed for tour operators, texts and underlying fact sheets can also be managed directly by your content team. GIATA Real-time Catalogue 2.0 The Real-time Catalogue 2.0 allows tour operators to electronically compile offers or packages in a browser-based application. To create your offer, you can upload your own image and text material, or choose from hotel and location images and text modules from the GIATA database. Your own images or text modules (e.g. specific seasonal information) can be added to individual properties, destinations or catalogues. In addition, all necessary data formats for all sales channels (CRS/GDS, IBE, etc) are provided and sent to approx. 18,000 travel agencies, all notable websites (www.expedia.de, www. weg.de, www.check24.de, etc.) and all cooperating CRS/GDS/ IBE providers (Amadeus/TravelTainment, Travelport, Sabre, Traffics, Bewotec, Travel IT, etc.) at the click of a button. Of course, your data also appears in the GIATA applications (GIATA Internet Hotel Guide, GIATA Extranet Hotel Guide, etc.). Your global partner for content Internet Hotel Guide (IHG) The Internet Hotel Guide (IHG) is integrated into your website and is aimed at the end customer. For your website, the text and images for more than one million travel offers from over 200 tour operators are provided either as XML (default), HTML or FTP. IHG offers a variety of search options such as catalogue, full text, hotel name and destination search, as well as climate data, maps and the display of original catalogue pages in PDF. Of course, the content is integrated into the booking process by a cooperating third-party provider (IBE provider) for you. GIATA Facts GIATA Facts constantly analyses more than a million hotel and travel descriptions and determines up to 400 attributes per hotel. Thanks to expanded travel criteria, your customers can find offers that perfectly match their individual needs, such as specific sporting activities and services, child-friendly facilities, family holidays, beachside locations, sandy beaches, sea views, etc. They are therefore not distracted by unsuitable or irrelevant offers. In addition, the comprehensive and detailed information provided by GIATA Facts allows travel services to be compared directly. Your global partner for content GIATA Maps GIATA Maps provides over 24,000 pieces of geocoded information (bars, cafés, restaurants, sights, doctors, shopping, etc.) in more than 180 destinations, which are clearly presented in the sleek GIATA Maps widget. The information can be integrated into your own website via iframe or JavaScript. All POIs (Points of Interest) are clearly displayed by category. This enables quicker and easier searches for a particular location. The POIs can be divided into the following categories: food & drink going out activities & exercise sightseeing & experiencing info service care & relaxation shopping accommodation The selection of topics and the presentation of the recommendations can be individually determined by each user. Both the number of POIs and the distance to the target property can be independently determined by the user. In addition, GIATA Maps allows you to define your own POIs, which can be tagged on the map using a self-created marker. TOURIAS Travel Guide The TOURIAS Travel Guide enables travel portals, travel agencies, tour operators and suppliers of travel distribution systems to provide their customers with a travel guide app in German and English for over 150 destinations. You can integrate the mobile travel companion into your offer free of charge, or provide it as a download for a fee with your own design (with or without additional advertising and premium features). Dates and information about the reserved hotel, as well as additional images, can also be displayed in the personalised travel guide app. By downloading a travel guide with the app, your customers will receive useful information about the chosen destination and details regarding tourist attractions, as well as nightlife and restaurant tips, directly to their smartphone. Further products myhotelrank With myhotelrank, you can email hotel guests in their native language after their departure and ask them to leave a short review of their stay. Using your pre-assigned code, the guests ratings are distributed to the popular review portals. GIATA Flip Cat Digital catalogues are available for browsing within the GIATA Internet Hotel Guide database. Each catalogue page is presented in its original form and available as a printable PDF. The catalogues also feature an interactive contents page, as well as bookmark and zoom functions and a direct link to your booking platform. 12

Links to the clips can easily be sent to customers via email. GIATA CatPad The GIATA CatPad presents original versions of over 1,000 travel catalogues from almost every notable tour operator in an ipad app or Android App with your corporate branding.
