The Services Tab - Logistics (Deployment Overview) The logistics sub-tab within Services is a great way to get a visual overview of your current SIM stock. The Deployment Overview divides your SIM stock by SIM Status allowing you to quickly get an overview of your inventory, deployments and decommissioned services. SIM Status Overview 1. Test Ready - This is the default state for all SIMs provided by M2M One. These SIMs are provisioned and ready to be used at any time but do not become billable (Activated) until at least 20KB of Data has been passed through the SIM. 2. Inventory - Inactive, non-billable SIMs that need to be manually moved to Activated before use. 3. Activation Ready - This status is similar to "Test Ready" but does not provide the 20KB testing allowance, as soon as data is passed through an Activation Ready SIM then it will immediately move to billable (Activated) status. 4. Activated - These SIMs are in use and will generate a monthly bill related to their current rate plan. 5. Deactivated - These SIMs are no longer in use and no longer generate a bill. SIMs in a Deactivated state can be moved back to Activated at any time. 6. Retired - These SIMs are no longer in use and no longer generate a bill. We recommend using the Retired status to differentiate stock that has been lost or permanently disabled. Page 7
