Fabrication & Machine Hawk Fabrication and Machine is a division of Hawk Installation and Construction, Inc. located in Jefferson, Texas. Our fabrication and machine division is an ASME Section VIII DIV.1 shop with R and U stamp certifications. Our fabrication capabilities include plate rolling, plate bending, CNC patterned cuts, and all phases of vessel, structural, and piping fabrication. Our fabrication facility has a variety of machining equipment that includes two large boring mills that can hold up to 26,000 lb weldments, engine lathes, CNC lathes, CNC machining center, key seaters, Bridgeport mills, and roll grinders. Hawk Fabrication and Machine s millwright shop has the capabilities to do complete hydraulic cylinder rebuilds and test the cylinders on a hydraulic testing table before shipping the cylinder for installation. Hawk Fabrication and Machine s millwright shop also provides complete gearbox repairs/ rebuilds on small and large gearboxes.
