1. Vacation Planning Basics Understanding Your Vacation Credits and Bonus Time Your Vacation Credits ( credits ) are like currency, used to book many of the exciting vacation options available to you. As a WorldMark owner: e Your credits are deposited to your account. (These are renewed annually during your anniversary month, so the vacation fun never ends!) e As you plan your vacation, refer to the Daily Vacation Credit Value Chart and season calendar on each resort page at WorldMarkTheClub.com or in your WorldMark by Wyndham Resort Directory to determine how many credits you ll need to travel. e When you make your reservations, credits will be deducted from your account. e Credits that are unused at the end of your anniversary year will automatically carry over for one year. You also have the option of making reservations without using your credits, by taking advantage of Bonus Time. Refer to the chart on the next page for helpful information on both of these options, and how to plan your vacation. 2
Guide for WorldMark Owners Feature Using Vacation Credits Vacation Credits e eyour credits are renewed annually on the first day of your anniversary month. Bonus Time Using Bonus Time e e A WorldMark benefit that allows you to rent WorldMark units at a low per-credit fee. Refer to the current WorldMark, The Club Guidelines for fees. Booking Window Up to 13 Months e ereserve 13 months out, or even the day of check-in when available. Up to 14 Days e euse for last-minute getaways. May be booked 1 to 14 days in advance of check-in. Length of Stay More or Less Than a Week e ein Red Season you can book less than a week within 9 months of check-in. There is never a 7-night minimum stay in Blue and White Seasons. However, there is a 2-night minimum stay on Weekend-Only Reservations when both Friday and Saturday are available. 4-Night Maximum e ebook from 1 to 4 consecutive nights. However, there is a 2-night minimum stay on Weekend-Only Reservations when both Friday and Saturday are available. Flexibility Any Day, Any Season, Any Size* e echeck in any day of the week, any season, in any size unit. Reservations can be split between multiple resorts. Any Day, Any Season, Any Size* e eavailability is best midweek and off-season. You can use midweek Bonus Time as often as you like (one reservation at a time) and on the weekend once every calendar quarter. Reservations can be split between multiple resorts. Maximizing Your Ownership eecredits automatically roll over first year. eeborrow credits from next year. e ewaitlisting is available for reservations 13 months to 2 weeks prior to check-in. e eexotic Bonus Time and Inventory Specials are two more ways you can vacation without using your credits. e eexotic Bonus Time may be booked 1 to 30 days in advance of check-in at all Hawaii, Mexico and Fiji resorts (with the exception of La Paloma, Mexico) for up to a 30-day maximum stay. e ebonus Time may also be used along with your credits to extend your stay. Insider Tips e eif you forget to call far enough in advance for a specific resort, book an alternate and waitlist for your first choice! This allows you to take advantage of cancellations that happen. e esince there is no waitlist within 14 days of check-in, any reservations that cancel will be available for Bonus Time. Check online often using the Bonus Time Search to take advantage of these last-minute cancellations. * Subject to availability 3
2. Vacation Planning Basics Affiliates and RCI Exchange for TravelShare Members As a WorldMark owner, you have literally hundreds of ways to enjoy yourself while vacationing through WorldMark. As a TravelShare member, you have even more benefits. As a TravelShare member, you can use your TravelShare Qualified Credits to: e Book select Affiliate Resorts and Hotels and escape to popular destinations around the world. e Exchange your credits through your RCI membership and vacation a few nights, an entire week or longer at your choice of more than 4,000 RCI-affiliated resorts worldwide. (The RCI membership is included in your TravelShare membership.) Your TravelShare benefits don t end there! Check out all the other ways you can use your TravelShare Qualified Credits to travel the world and stay connected. A full description is included in your TravelShare Program Guide. Up to 11 Months e e Book as early as 11 months prior to your arrival date at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific locations, and as early as 9 months prior to arrival at select CLUB WYNDHAM locations. Reserve less than a full week 10 months in advance at select** RCI-affiliated resorts. Full Week or Less e etravelshare members can reserve less than a full week at select** RCI-affiliated resorts. Any Season, Any Size, Check-In Days Vary* e echeck-in days depend on location and whether stay is for a full week or less. e ewith Confirm First, credits aren t deducted from your account until after confirmation is made, whether you book online (at a reduced fee) or by phone. e eif credits are expiring, space bank them with RCI for up to 2 more years of vacation opportunities. e ewith Instant Exchange, you ll need just 4,000 WorldMark Vacation Credits for a one week exchange, regardless of the location, season or size of unit (you must request and confirm the exchange within 45 days of travel). Availability on these exchanges is limited. e e RCI also allows you to waitlist from 2 years to 30 days in advance of check-in within the Weeks Resorts. You can waitlist for specific resorts or regions/areas. Instant Exchange is most successful when you are flexible about where or when you can travel. *Subject to availability. **RCI Nightly Stay/Split Week Resorts. ***Exchange Fees apply. 5

Getting Registered to Book Online Put yourself in the driver s seat and begin exploring a whole new world of vacation opportunities on your owner website at WorldMarkTheClub.com. e Once your processing period is complete (approximately three weeks from purchase), you can create your account and begin making reservations online. If you want to get started sooner, your Sales Site Contact will be happy to assist. (There s a space for you to record this contact information on page 11.) e To set up your online account, go to WorldMarkTheClub.com and click Register Now. Enter the information needed to create your account. You ll need to have your owner number handy. That s it! Now you can log in as an owner to book reservations, manage your account and more. Please remember to keep your owner number and password confidential. My Owner Number My Password e For TravelShare members, once you ve created your WorldMarkTheClub.com account and you re in the RCI system (approximately four weeks from purchase), you can access RCI online reservations by going to the WorldMark website and clicking on RCI Exchange. 4. Exploring Your World Great Vacation Destinations Where do you dream of going? With all of the great resort locations and exciting travel options available to you, your vacation dreams can come true. You have a variety of tools at your fingertips to select the destination that s just right for you. e Use the online interactive resort map at WorldMarkTheClub.com. e Review your resort pages online for information about the units, resort features, maps and directions, popular area attractions and even weather forecasts to help you pack. e Check out other helpful website features like Inventory Specials to take advantage of lastminute inventory at a great price (without using your credits). e When you re ready to make your reservation, take advantage of the easy-to-use online reservation system. Vacation Guides are also available to personally assist you with your plans. e When it s time to go beyond the WorldMark system, TravelShare members will also love Confirm First booking online with RCI. 6
