This Introduction to Member Services lays out AAA s three membership options and introduces a wider scope of services available to members of AAA Washington.

3 During the past century, motorists have come to trust AAA for more than our reliable roadside assistance. They now depend on our professionals for guidance in matters of travel, insurance and other automotive-related needs present in their daily lives. Receiving Emergency Road Service Keep your membership card with you at all times. When you need assistance, call the phone number printed on the front of your membership card AAA-HELP. A customer service representative will help you diagnose the problem and send a service technician to assist you. 24-hour Online Access to AAA You can find a wealth of information about AAA anytime at AAA.com. Online, you can upgrade your membership for extended coverage, book hotels, cruises and rental cars, and find a list of AAA s approved automotive repair shops. You can also order free TripTik routings, request a free insurance quote and check out our abundance of discount partners. AAA.com gives you 24-hour access to your club. Classic membership provides the comprehensive benefits of America s best emergency road services organization.* When you make that nationwide toll-free call at any time, AAA will come to your aid for any of the following emergency road services: Five miles of towing Mechanical first aid $50 toward eligible locksmith service Flat tire change Battery boost Fuel delivery at cost (where available) Winching service ADD ASSOCIATES TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Make sure your loved ones, no matter how young, won t be stranded even if they re not traveling with another AAA member. CLASSIC MEMBERSHIP An Associate Membership provides AAA services to your spouse or other household member residing at your same address, and any unmarried children age 25 and younger living at your home or away at school. If you have AAA Plus or AAA Plus RV coverage, your associate(s) receive the same coverage at no additional charge beyond the original Associate Membership fee. 4 AAA PLUS, our most popular plan and best-value membership, adds extended emergency road service coverage to all of the privileges of the AAA Classic plan.* With AAA Plus, you ll also receive: An increase from five to 100 miles of towing Coverage of up to $100 for on-site service from a AAAprovided locksmith or up to $100 reimbursement for a locksmith of your choice if ours is not available (does not include coverage for locking gas caps or anti-theft devices) Enough free fuel to reach the nearest supply source Expanded winching service, including an initial truck at no cost and a second truck and driver, if necessary, at no additional cost for up to one hour AAA Plus memberships are for people who drive more than five miles in a typical day, and/or for those drivers who want the peace of mind that comes with the protection of 100 miles of towing when traveling longer distances. In addition to thoughtprovoking articles, you ll discover valuable information about club services, member-only discounts and consumer information on travel, insurance, legislation, and automotive and safety issues. Plus, a reprint of certain magazine features and an expanded list of regional events can be found on AAAJourney.com. Financial Products Members receive special rates and benefits on financial products and services, including a AAA credit card with WorldPoints Rewards, auto loans, certificates of deposit, and money market and individual retirement accounts. Public Service AAA represents the interests of motorists and other travelers at the state and federal level in support of fair transportation taxation, as well as traffic safety, energy, environmental, general travel and tourist issues. Traffic Safety AAA pioneered, and continues to support, valuable safety programs, including the AAA School Safety Patrol, teen and adult driver education, child-seat safety and more.

Authorize us to bill dues annually to your credit card or checking account, and each year we ll send you a statement in time for you to make any changes. We ll give you a one-time $5 deduction (for new accounts) or one-time $5 off your next renewal. (Check the authorization box in section D.) $2 is included in the membership dues for an annual subscription to Western Journey or Puget Sound Journey. This amount cannot be deducted. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize AAA Washington either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
