There is no other residency program like Orlando Health. It provides great teaching in a large community-type setting while engaging in multiple research projects as an academic institution. A well-established program, the teaching here is one of the best that I have ever experienced and there is an even balance of autonomy and supervision. A top program in my hometown, where you get to start seeing really sick patients right away and everyone is really happy: there was really no question as to my first choice!
