The Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association (HKRSA) was established in 1996 to promote the interests, best practices and education for retirement schemes in Hong Kong. We are a not-for-profit, non-political association, which represents retirement schemes and their members, providing a forum for discussion of issues of current and topical interest. The Association has 140 corporate members being employers with retirement schemes and service providers. The HKRSA is recognised as an authoritative body in the retirement protection industry. Membership is generally open to those who have an interest in retirement related issues. Biographies of Speakers and Presenters Meinrad Wyser, Senior and Founding Partner of Swiss Capital Alternative Investments AG Swiss Capital Group, founded in 1998, is an independent alternative solution specialist in Asset Management and Corporate Finance. They currently manage USD 1.3 billion with assets primarily from institutional clients such as pension funds, asset managers, corporate treasurers, insurance companies and private clients. Mr Meinrad Wyser is responsible for structured client solutions and market development. Prior to founding the company, Mr Wyser had more than 15 years of fixed income and derivatives experiences at Union Bank of Switzerland AG. Between 1993 1998, he was head of fixed income trading in Hong Kong and head of Asian Credit Trading in Singapore for UBS AG. Mark Reinisch, Director of Marketing of Financial Risk Management Ltd Founded in 1991, Financial Risk Management Ltd (FRM) has assembled a highly experienced team focusing on the needs of international institutional clients. AUM have reached US$13.7 billion in primary assets as at April 2005. FRM employs over 220 people globally with offices in London, New York, Tokyo, Sydney, Guernsey and San Diego. FRM s risk management ethos permeates the firm. Mr Mark Reinisch has had 20 year's experience in the equity markets, and was Director of International Equity Research Analyst teams in Europe and Asia at Zurich Scudder Investments prior to joining FRM. Mark is the Head of Marketing for FRM in London. He is responsible for managing the marketing and client relationship team covering Europe and Australasia (ex-japan). Omar Kodmani, CFA - Senior Executive Officer, Permal Investment Management Services Limited Mr. Kodmani joined the Permal Group in June 2000. Mr. Kodmani is responsible for reviewing and monitoring Permal's international investment activities as well as asset gathering initiatives. Previously, he was with Scudder Investments in London and New York for seven years where he developed the firm's international mutual fund business. Prior to joining Scudder, Mr. Kodmani worked for four years at Equitable Capital (now part of Alliance Capital). Mr. Kodmani is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds an MBA in Finance (Beta Gamma Sigma) from New York University Stern School of Business, a BA in Economics from Columbia University and a General Course Certificate from the London School of Economics.
