First, in any serius life threatening emergency, always call 911 and alert Campus Public Safety. When the campus Behaviral Threat Assessment Triage team learns abut a threat r ther disturbing behavir, there is a general sequence f steps they can take t screen the case, determine whether t initiate an inquiry, gather infrmatin, evaluate the persn and situatin invlved, and develp and implement a management strategy where necessary. The majr steps f the campus threat assessment and management prcess include: 1. Identifying persns/cases f cncern; encuraging reprting. 2. Screening cases fr further investigatin/inquiry. 3.
