1 Terms and Cnditins f Use f Bewley s Htel Dublin Airprt Car Park Yu shuld read these Cnditins f Parking carefully as they cntain imprtant infrmatin regarding yur legally binding cntract with us. 1. The Agreement between yu and us 1.1 Once yu have bked and we have received payment fr that Bking, yu are entitled t park the designated vehicle in ur car park. Yu must park yur wn vehicle and retain yur keys. Parking is at yur wn risk. We cannt park yur vehicle fr yu, nr lk after yur keys. These Cnditins f Parking apply t yur use f the Car Park. 1.2 We intend relying n these Cnditins f Parking. If there is anything yu d nt understand r d nt agree with please discuss this with us befre yu enter the Car Park r leave yur vehicle with us. 1.3 Our emplyees r authrised agents are nt permitted t make any representatins unless these are cnfirmed in writing. If we agree changes please ask us t cnfirm them in writing. We can then avid prblems ver what has been agreed between us. 1.4 Nthing in these Cnditins f Parking affects yur statutry rights. 2. Our liability fr lss r damage t Prperty 2.1 We cannt guarantee the security f ur Car Parks as members f the public have access t them at all times. We d nt guarantee t yu that security measures that we have in place, fr example CCTV r patrls, will be wrking at all times r, even if they are wrking that they will be effective in preventing lss, damage, r theft r in identifying wh might be t blame. 2.2 All persns entering the car park d s at their wn risk and neither the Cmpany nr any persn acting n its behalf accepts liability fr any damage lss r theft f r frm any vehicle r any damage caused t a vehicle, unless caused by the negligence, wilful act r default r breach f statutry duty by us r ur emplyees servants r agents. 2.3 Fr the avidance f dubt we will nt be liable fr any lss r damage: (a) t prperty resulting frm yur failure t cmply with any f these Cnditins f Parking; (b) ccurring as the result f reasnable wear and tear r ageing f any vehicle; (c) which cannt be prven t have ccurred as a direct result f the negligence f ur emplyees servants r agents; (d) resulting frm exceptinal weather events r natural disasters r any ther circumstances beynd ur reasnable cntrl. 3. Prhibited activities 3.1 N vehicle shall be twed int the Car Park r enter therwise than under its wn mechanical pwer and n wrk r repairs r maintenance t r washing f r cleaning f vehicles by yu r anyne n yur behalf shall be dne in the Car Park. 3.2 N activity in cnnectin with the selling, hiring r ther dispsal f the vehicle shall be carried ut in the Car Park. 3.3 N cmmercial activity shall be cnducted frm any vehicle r therwise within the Car Park. 3.4 N vehicle shall bstruct any access r circulatin area within the Car Park.

2 3.5 N persn shall d anything in the use f the Car Park that may be a nuisance r incnvenience t us r any ther user f the Car Park. 3.6 N vehicle shall cause any unnecessary nise, vibratin r exhaust fumes within the Car Park. 3.7 N persn shall d any act r thing which may render valid r vid any plicy f insurance effected in respect f the Car Park. 3.8 N persn shall park in spaces designated as being reserved unless entitled t d s. 3.9 N persn shall depsit any rubbish, litter r refuse f any kind in the Car Park, ther than in prper receptacles N persn shall pur r transfer any fuel, il r lubricant int r ut f any vehicle. 4. Safety in the Car Park 4.1 Yu must drive and park carefully and with due care and attentin at all times. 4.2 Yu are respnsible fr the safety f yur passengers, particularly children. Yu must nt allw them t be put in danger, r where they culd cause an accident. In particular, children must nt play in the Car Park and must nt be left unaccmpanied. 4.3 Yu shuld always be aware f ther vehicles in mtin. 4.4 Yu must cmply with all directins and signs frm time t time psted in the Car Park and all instructins r requests given r made frm time t time by any f ur emplyees r agents fr regulating traffic and cntrlling the psitining f vehicles within the Car Park. 4.5 Yu must ensure that animals are kept secured n a lead when utside yur vehicle. 4.6 Unless requested by us r ne f ur emplyees, servants r agents nt t d s, yu must ensure that befre yu leave yur vehicle: 5. Vehicle size yur vehicle is securely lcked all the windws f yur vehicle and any sunrf are securely lcked yur handbrake is fully engaged and yur vehicle left in gear (r, if it is an autmatic, left in Park mde) if yur vehicle is fitted with a steering lck r similar device that it is engaged n persn r animal is left in yur vehicle yur pssessins are taken with yu r remved frm sight and placed in the bt wherever pssible. 5.1 Yu are required t bserve all reasnable restrictins as shall frm time t time be made by us in respect f the height length r width f vehicles t be parked in r allwed access t the Car Park. 5.2 It is yur respnsibility t ensure that yur vehicle satisfies any vehicle size restrictins impsed in relatin t the Car Park. N refund will be given under any circumstances if yur vehicle des nt cmply with any vehicle size restrictins and yu are required t leave the Car Park. 6. Where yu can and cannt park 6.1 Unless specifically requested t d s by us r ur emplyees, servants r agents yu shuld nt under any circumstances:

3 park in a n parking area park n a duble yellw r duble red line park ther than in a designated parking bay park in a bay reserved fr persns with reduced mbility unless yu are entitled t d s and withut displaying the required ticket park acrss tw parking bays park in a space that is marked as reserved withut authrisatin 6.2 Unless directed t d s by a member f ur staff, if yu park in a space taking up mre than ne parking bays, yu will be liable fr the additinal cst f any space(s) used r at ur reasnable discretin fr the price f mving yur vehicle as per Sectin 9 belw. 7. Damage t Other Vehicles r Prperty Within the Car Park Yu are respnsible fr any damage r injury yu cause whilst driving r parking yur vehicle. We will use all infrmatin available t us, including but nt limited t CCTV and bking recrds, t investigate incidents. If requested, we will supply ur recrds and infrmatin t the plice r insurance cmpanies. Shuld yu damage anther vehicle r any part f the Car Park yu must reprt the matter immediately t a member f ur staff and give him r her the registratin numbers f bth vehicles tgether with yur full name and address and the name and address f yur insurance cmpany tgether with yur plicy number. In ding s, fr the purpses f the data prtectin legislatin and any ther relevant law yu are cnsenting t ur passing this infrmatin n t the wner r driver f any ther vehicle invlved. Yu may be required t make gd t ur reasnable satisfactin any damage caused t the Car Park r t pay t us n demand the cst incurred by us in making gd this damage. 8. Damage t Yur Own Vehicle 8.1 N claim f any descriptin can be cnsidered by the Cmpany after yur vehicle has left the Car Park. It is yur respnsibility t check the vehicle befre departure. In the event f a prblem, a written incident reprt must be cmpleted and signed by bth yu and a representative f the Cmpany agreeing the facts. 8.2 In the event f any damage t r theft frm a vehicle, yu must infrm yur insurers immediately and advise the Cmpany in writing within 2 days. 9. Rights f the Cmpany with respect f vehicles 9.1 Every vehicle in the car park is subject t a lien fr all charges due frm the vehicle wner t the Cmpany and the Cmpany reserves the right t refuse t release yur vehicle until thse charges have been paid. 9.2 We reserve the right t mve yur vehicle within the Car Park by driving r therwise t such extent as we think in ur discretin may be reasnably necessary t avid bstructin. We further reserve the right: t remve a vehicle frm the Cmpany s premises, by driving r therwise, if it is reasnably cnsidered t be causing a risk r a ptential risk, t the users f the car park. The Cmpany will cnsider a vehicle t be a risk if it is blcking an emergency exit; causing a fire hazard; psing a security risk r health and safety risk, r any ther situatin in which ther users f the car park r the htel may be at risk.

4 t remve any vehicle at any time t any ther lcatin as we reasnably deem apprpriate where the Car Park has t be clsed either permanently r temprarily in whle r in part r has t be evacuated in cases f emergency r therwise. t enter a vehicle (and t use frce if necessary) in such a manner as we think necessary withut being liable fr damage caused t facilitate the exercise f the rights given t us in these Cnditins f Parking r t abate any nuisance caused by yur vehicle. t mve yur vehicle fr the mre efficient arrangement f ur car parking facilities r t remve immbile vehicles frm the flw f traffic r t place vehicles parked ver multiple bays int a crrect parking bay. t the extent that it may be necessary t d s in the exercise f the rights given t us in these Cnditins f Parking, we, ur emplyees, servants r agents have the right t drive r therwise take any vehicle ut f the Car Park (including n t the public highway) r tw it away. t mve yur vehicle if it is parked withut authrisatin in any area f the Car Park which is crdned ff. 9.3 Befre remving a vehicle frm the car park the Cmpany will make reasnable enquiries t identify and cntact the wner f the vehicle. 9.4 The Cmpany may chse t emply the services f a third party cntractr t tw r therwise remve the vehicle frm the premises and the vehicle wner may be liable fr any assciated remval csts. 10. Abandned vehicles Any vehicle left in the car park fr mre than the perid it is bked fr, may be cnsidered abandned. The Cmpany reserves the right t dispse f any vehicle it reasnably believes t have been abandned. Befre dispsing f abandned vehicles the Cmpany will make reasnable enquiries t identify and cntact the registered keeper f the vehicle. 11. Shuttle Bus Service 11.1 Bewley s Htel prvides a 24 hur peratinal shuttle bus service between Bewley s Htel and the Cach Park lcated at Dublin Airprt Zne Yu are advised that it is yur respnsibility t allw an adequate amunt f time t find a parking space, unlad luggage and passengers, secure the car and walk t the shuttle bus pick-up area. Furthermre it is yur respnsibility t allw sufficient time fr transfer between Bewley s Htel Car Park and the Cach Park using the shuttle bus service and thereafter fr walking t the passenger terminal buildings, bearing in mind the check-in times specified by yur carrier Bewley s Htel des nt accept respnsibility if yu miss yur flight, check-in r any ther transprt r ther arrangements because yu have nt allwed adequate time r if the shuttle bus service is delayed e.g. due t exceptinal traffic r weather cnditins. 12. What Happens if Yu Breach These Cnditins 12.1 If yu breach these Cnditins f Parking we reserve the right t require yu t leave the Car Park immediately. In these circumstances yu will be required t pay fr yur stay in the

5 Car Park. If yu have pre-bked yu will nt be entitled t any refund fr yur bking. We als reserve the right t prhibit yu frm entering any f ur Car Parks in the future We further reserve the right t prhibit entry int any Car Park if, in ur reasnable discretin, we believe entry will r is likely t result in a breach f these Cnditins f Parking.
