1. Opening Hours 1.a) Construction and dismantling times Construction: Magazin (booth numbers 100-199) Saturday, 04.07. until Tuesday, 07.07., daily from 9 21 o clock, Tuesday until 24 o clock. Glasshouse (booth numbers 200-299) Monday, 06 07., 9 21 o clock and Tuesday, 07.07., 9 24 o clock. On the last set-up day, Tuesday, 07.07., From 16 o clock onwards, all dirt causing construction work (drilling, painting, sawing, etc.) has to cease permanently. From 16 o clock onwards ONLY booth merchandise. Dismantling: Magazin (booth numbers 100-199) Friday, 10.07. from 17 24 o clock, Saturday and Sunday, 11. 12.07., 9 21 o clock. Glasshouse (booth numbers 200-299) Friday, 10.07., 17 24 o clock. The stand areas in the glasshouse MUST be completely dismantled and broom-clean until 24 o clock on Friday, because the next day the building is used for other purposes! 1. b) event hours: The tradeshow will take place from 08. 10.07. 2015. For stand areas, which have not been built up until 16 o clock on the last set-up day, the organizer has the right to make other arrangements for the areas use. With the submission of his application, the exhibitor agrees to keep his stand occupied until the official end of the event. A complete or even partial deconstruction of the stand, ahead of time is not allowed and in the interest of each exhibitor and the organizer. ATTENTION! 2. Access road & Logistics 2.a) Access road Getting to the event venue by car is via following adress: Am Flutgraben 2, 12435 Berlin The loading zone has very limited space, which is why all deliveries / discharges will only be accepted if they are registered via e-mail in advance by you/ and your stand construction company, until 01.06.2015l! The parking lots are allocated by the coordinators on-site. Unannounced deliveries, which do not have a registered parking option, lead to unnecessary delays and waiting periods for everyone. After unloading, all vehicles must immediately leave the premises. Long-term car parking at the event site is prohibited. Max. van size allowed: max. 12t and only with a loading panel! Registration of desired delivery periods and declarations of the vehicle type until 01.06.2015 to: cieszko@brighttradeshow.com 2.b) Shipments Shippings and deliveries can be carried out starting 28.06.2015 to following address: Bright Tradeshow z.hd. OFFICE ( name / booth number) Am Flutgraben 2 12435 Berlin Germany Shippings / bulky goods and boxes must be picked up not later than 12.06.2015! Important: Please mark each package with a clear assignment, so that a correct allocation is possible! I.e., and booth number. Packages are stored for free, please contact our staff in the production office for your pick up. Large shipments (max. 1.80 m high) must be delivered on euro-pallets! (European pallets: 1,20m x 0,80m). Bulky items will not be collected or stored by us. Please coordinate the deliveries of your bulky goods, so that you or your stand builder, can receive them in person on-site. The organizer will also not store beverage deliveries, because the in-house storage space is very limited. A subsequently occurring beverage deliveries are elusive and the personnel expenditure for this, too high. Please coordinate your beverage deliveries so that you can you receive them in person on-site. During the exhibition days, beverage deliveries can be carried out before and and after the visitor periods between 9 10 and 19 20 o clock. Beverage suppliers that deliver beyond these hours will be refused.
3. Stand construction regulations 3.a) Stand construction We ask all exhibitors to submit a sketch plan of their stand design beforehand. We want to clarify the visualization of stand areas in advance, to avoid inconveniences. The submission of sketch plans is absolutely necessary and to be sent via e-mail to Marco Aslim until the 15.06.2015 aslim@brighttradeshow.com Further on, the organizer reserves the right to initiate changes, when stand constructions are unscheduled and/or inadequately carried out. The landlord does not assume responsibility for the factual accurancy of stand areas in the architectural plan. Side walls facing neighboring stands must be built. Front walls may are built, but both walls must not be higher than 1.60m. Also all other installations and elements, such as show cases, shelving units, displays, etc., must not be higher than 1.60m! All stand areas located on the venue walls, must build a rear panel of 2.00m height (highlighted in yellow in floorplan) Attention! Stands with the number 140, 141, 142 und 165, 166, 168 must build a rear panel of 3.00m height (highlighted in blue in floorplan) There is also the possibility to directly rent wall panels from BRIGHT. Orders at the latest by 01.06.2015 via Marco Aslim: aslim@brighttradeshow.com Drilling in walls, ceilings and floors, as well as any attachments of the event venues buildings, is strictly prohibited! There is an old industrial floor in the complete venue, which may differ in its appearance, which is why we recommend you to lay an own floor on the stand. 3.b) Complete-Stands Complete-stands that were ordered over BRIGHT, are built and handover ready by 12 o clock, the day before the exhibition, on Tuesday, 07.07. 2015. We therefore ask the concerned exhibitors not to previously arrive at the venue. 3.c) Painting Not under any circumstances building walls can be painted. Only the seperately built wall panels may be painted. Walls, ceilings and floors of the event venue must be left in their original state! It is strictly forbidden to dispose paints and varnishings in the toilets, or to clean painting tools there. Paint and varnish residues must be disposed by the exhibitors themselves. 3.d) fire protection Both, the magazin and the glasshouse are fully licensed places of public assembly. For this reason, any built-in stand is checked by a specialist firm on-site for ist fire resistance, i.e: All fixtures incorporated, must be according to DIN 4102-1, and not less than B 1 -low inflammability. A certificate for this must be available. If the exhibitor can not provide proof for low inflammability of his material during an inspection by the fire department, the organizer must prohibit the operation of the exhibition space. The exhibitor bears the resulting downtimes costs.
4. Handover of areas A devise for the event: "The surfaces must be given back in the same state, as you have taken them from the organizer. The surfaces must be broom-clean, the accumalted trash has to be disposed by the exhibitor. Cost causing legacies will be invoiced to the polluter. Stand areas are marked by the landlord with the associated booth numbers and handed over in a broom-clean state. Each stand disposes of sufficient lighting on the ceiling. Each stand disposes of a shockproof socket with current of 16 amperes. If these devices are not of sufficient strength for the stand requirements, the landlord can provide high voltage current. Waste disposal During stand construction days, two containers for waste disposal are available in the building for paper / cardboard and other garbage. Costs per cbm: 50. Hazardous waste must be disposed by the exhibitor. For the dismantling days, no containers will be available. Stand material must be taken away by the exhibitor! The in-house cleaning departement takes care of the disposal of household waste accumulated at your booth during the event days. Please place your trash bags in front of the stand before leaving the premises, so that the cleaners can collect them without having to enter your stand area.
6. Setting-Up Passes & Tickets 6.a) Setting-up Passes During the construction and dismantling days, the exhibition building is to be entered ONLY with setting-up passes. This applies both for stand builders and exhibitors. The setting-up passes are not valid during the tradeshow. The setting-up passes in appendix XX have to be printed and labeled with names. 6.b) Tradeshow Tickets You will receive BRIGHT tickets for stand personnel, via the extranet in your exhibitor account. The issuer account is automatically created after the exhibitor registrated. Logging in, you need to use the e-mail adress you used for the initial exhibitor registration (e.g. the recipient of this e-mail). The password of the last tradeshow is still valid, but it should not be unknown, or the new exhibitors do not have one, please use the link (below submit button) http://brighttradeshow.com/extranet/login.html Forgot your password? A new password is automatically generated and sent by e-mail. Now, in your exhibitor account you have following options: Register additional people to your exhibitor registration See the list of registered persons Print your tickets Change your password For further questions, please send an e-mail to cieszko@brighttradeshow.com 7. Limitation of liability & safety The application of stickers and posters is prohibited throughout the entire building. Since we are responsible for the removal of unwanted items, we will make polluters partake the arising expenses. We hereby ask for your understanding and appeal to your reason. The organizers assume no liability for self-inflicted injuries. The organizers assume no liability for theft. During the tradeshow, the building stands under constant guard. From 20 9 o clock, security and cleaning staff are always on-site. The start and end of the tradeshow days, are always "critical phases", so we especially advise you to assure your stands for these times, and before leaving the stands. Often just covering the goods and taping up the surfaces at the entrance helps. Nightwatchmen will be on-site from Tuesday, 24 o clock onwards. That is why we recommend to install valuable objects (such as flat screens) only on Tuesday night and to cover them when leaving the premises.
