Quick Tips If you click on Join Mee,ng and nothing happens check to make sure the mee2ng screen hasn t been minimized on your desktop. Also check to make sure there isn t a pop- up blocker preven2ng you from entering. If your webcam or microphone isn t working and you have checked that the device is plugged in and properly configured, once you have joined the mee2ng verify your Adobe Flash Player segngs. Right click anywhere in the Jigsaw mee2ng and select segngs. Click the webcam icon, ensure the correct device is selected and test by clicking on the blue box with the webcam icon. Also make sure that no other web applica<ons are using your webcam (i.e. Skype). These applica<ons should be shut down completely when using Jigsaw Mee<ng. For the microphone, click on the microphone icon and make sure the volume is half way on the slider and Reduce Echo is checked. Why do I hear an echo? When using VoIP it is highly recommended that all par<cipants use a headset. When an a>endees uses the computers microphone and speakers instead of a headset, some2mes the computer s microphone picks up the sound being transmi>ed from the speakers. This sound is echoed back into the computer s microphone. What if I get logged out? Go back to www.jigsawmee2ng.com, click on the join a mee2ng bu>on, login and rejoin the mee2ng. The audio sounds choppy to me but not to anyone else in the mee,ng. Check your internet bandwidth monitor in the lower leq side of the dashboard. If you have a slow internet connec2on you may experience choppy or distorted audio. If you do have a slow internet connec2on you may also have problems with viewing desktop or applica2on sharing and video. These features are bandwidth intensive and require a certain level of internet bandwidth. How do I use the Push- to- talk bu[on? You only have to click the talk bu>on once and you have the microphone. The microphone is enabled so that you can navigate through the video, presenta2on, documents, or share your desktop or applica2on. To release the microphone simply click the talk bu>on again.
