Manufacturing Our in-house engineering and CAD design team can deliver new or replicate old, obsolete and bespoke instrumentation requirements We have our own dedicated Manufacturing Facility which can produce temperature assemblies and thermowells, orifice plates and carrier assembles, spool pieces, fittings and specialist assemblies which can bespoke any standard product. Our flexible machining, welding and assembly capability enable us to provide a rapid instrument manufacturing service for our customers. We also have stocks of, or fast access to most materials, including many stainless grades and exotic metals - Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel etc. Furthermore, we are able to offer in-house added value services such as: PMI testing, Pressure testing, Dye Penetration testing, Helium Leak testing, 3.1 material certification, CAD drawing and traceable calibration.
