AmniTec BV is specialized in the manufacturing of high-grade flexible connectors such as hose assemblies, bellows and expansion joints. These products are mainly manufactured from stainless steel, PTFE (Teflon ), Rubber and other Fluoroplastics. The products absorb (thermal) expansion, vibrations and misalignment. Additionally they serve as temporarily connections, loading and unloading of fluids and gases and many other industrial applications. 3 METAL HOSES AmniTec metal hoses have a large number of industrial applications, in which high demands are made for absorption of movements, vibrations and misalignment. The advantage of metal hoses is their great capacity to withstand temperatures from -200 to +600 C. Moreover, they are completely diffusion free and not subject to aging. These specific qualities make this product into one of the most durable, reliable and safe flexible connection for piping systems, machines and various industrial applications. Our customers can rely on fast deliveries, as manufacturing takes place in Rotterdam and the wide range of our stock items for hoses and end fittings. The welding process and procedures are according to the latest standards and our welders are all qualified and certified for TIG and MIG welding. Also PMI (Positive Material Identification) of material and DP (Dye Penetrant) test of welds by qualified employees guarantees our quality product.

4 METAL EXPANSION JOINTS AmniTec expansion joints are designed to compensate movements resulting from temperature changes and misalignment, and they also absorb vibrations. AmniTec has an extensive program of expansion joints with a specific standard range for: exhaust gas systems installation in HVAC systems industrial applications Besides the standard programme, there are many possibilities. AmniTec has, for example, an extensive series bellow elements in a variety of diameters, lengths and pressure ratings on stock. This makes it possible to assemble expansion joints according to specific customer specifications. Quality is assured, as AmniTec is qualified to manufacture in accordance with European standard PED/CE, EJMA cycle life calculations and highly skilled and qualified welders.

5 RUBBER BELLOWS AmniTec has a wide range of rubber bellows and offers a choice of various types of rubber, e.g. EPDM, Nitrile, Hypalon and Viton and different flange ratings. We can deliver fast, due to our wide range of type and sizes which are on stock in Rotterdam. Our type FSF is available in EPDMand Nitrile (NBR) rubber with galvanized steel and stainless steel flanges for industrial and maritime applications. The type FSF has Lloyd s approval for marine applications. We have the following options: Flange ratings according to DIN/ ANSI Rubber Bellows with tie bars Style 10, installation length is variable Style 15, installation length is standard 130 mm For the HVAC market we have a range of EPDM rubber expansion joints on stock provided with union couplings, our type FTU. For the Maritime as well as Industrial markets we also have Elaflex rubber expansion joints in our delivery program. 6 COMPOSITE HOSES AmniTec supplies composite hoses for a safe and easy transfer of Chemicals, Hydrocarbons (petroleum products) and Cryogenic gases. Three strong Global brands, Compoflex, Willcox and Flextraco offers many years of production experience as a result of which AmniTec can provide the right solution for every loading and unloading problems and due to our own production facility of Flextraco in Rotterdam, we can fulfill customers demands for delivery times. 7 SWIFT FIT For the HVAC market, AmniTec has a specific range of Metal hoses and Brass fittings under the brand name of Swift Fit. By using Swift Fit, companies can save time and money on installation projects for Boilers, AC units and Hot water systems. Swift Fit is a programme of stainless steel hoses (tube only) that can be cut on the right length and assembled by a contractor on the spot. Various types of Brass fittings are available and on stock. PTFE (TEFLON ) HOSES AmniTec supplies a wide programme of PTFE (Teflon ) hoses and semimanufactured products. Our Swedish group company manufactures these products using the original Teflon T-62 as the basic material. We can deliver PTFE products in accordance with the highest quality requirements that currently exist, due to our experience and history of fluoroplastic products.
