Owner Summary Jacqueline K Boone is the Owner and Operator of Boonerang Consulting LLC. Mrs. Boone has a background in business administration and management and insurance services. Mrs. Boone completed her B.A. at Sojourner-Douglass College in Baltimore, MD and furthered graduate studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Professional Studies in Business and Education. Mrs. Boone completed the Leadership Development Program for Minority Managers Cohort Program while pursuing a graduate degree at Johns Hopkins. Mrs. Boone has been licensed as a Health and Life Insurance Agent since 1993 and more recently licensed as an Insurance Advisor since 2009. Mrs. Boone is licensed in Maryland, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and Virginia as a Life and Health Insurance Agent & Advisor and is a Maryland Notary Public.
