Frequently Asked Questions Bank 2 Bank Transfers User Guide What is Bank 2 Bank Transfers? Bank 2 Bank Transfers allows you to transfer money between your accounts at Baraboo National Bank and accounts you have at other U.S. based financial institutions. This new service gives you: A convenient and seamless approach to transfer your money. The ability to set up recurring transfers for extra peace of mind. A single point of access for all your online banking needs. Easy access through Online Banking and Baraboo National Bank s Mobile Banking. You must have an active online banking account to use Bank2Bank Transfers. Contact your local branch or a customer service representative at 1-800-559-0011 to activate this service. Who can use Bank 2 Bank Transfers? You must be a Baraboo National Bank customer with an active online banking account that includes an open checking or savings account. How do I enroll to use the Bank 2 Bank Transfers Service? You must have an active Online Banking account with The Baraboo National Bank. To enroll contact your local branch or a customer service representative at 1-800-559-0011 to activate the service. You then can begin setting up your transfer accounts. Fees and Limits Are there fees for using Bank 2 Bank Transfers? Yes. A Bank 2 Bank Transfer fee of $2 per transfer will apply to outgoing transfers made into accounts at other financial institutions. This fee will be charged to you each time you make an outgoing transfer with the Bank 2 Bank Transfer service. Inbound transfers made into your Baraboo National Bank accounts are free. What are the transfer limits? You are allowed five (5) inbound transfers per day not to exceed a total of $1,000 and five (5) outbound transfers per day not to exceed a total of $1,000. Accounts What types of accounts can I use with this service? Bank 2 Bank Transfers may be used with checking or savings accounts only. You cannot transfer to investment accounts, certificates of deposits, or loan accounts. How many external accounts can I transfer to? You may set up a maximum of 4 accounts from other financial institutions. What is trial verification? Trial verification places a small amount of money (.01 to.99) into your account at another financial institution. You will be asked to verify the amount before you can begin making transfers to an external account. 2

The trial deposit verification process ensures that the rightful owner is setting up the account with the service. It also ensures that the accounts given are valid. The verification process is required for each new account added. Can I set up recurring transfers? Yes. You can schedule a transfer to occur one time, weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly or monthly. Can I use Bank 2 Bank Transfers on my mobile device? Yes. You will need to have the Baraboo National Bank mobile app installed. Bank 2 Bank Transfers are located within the Transfers icon. You will be able to use the Bank 2 Bank Transfer service from your mobile device, once you have gone through the account verification process through Online Banking. Transferring Funds Can I send funds to someone else s account? No. You may only transfer funds to the accounts you have ownership of Can I set up a transfer for a future date? Yes. You may schedule a transfer for a future date. Can I transfer funds internationally? No. You can only use this service for accounts held within the United States. Will Bank 2 Bank Transfers allow me to move funds between accounts held at other financial institutions? No. This service can facilitate movement of funds only between your accounts held at Baraboo National Bank and your accounts held at other financial institutions. It does not support direct movement of funds between your accounts held at other financial institutions. You may move money from an external account to one of your Baraboo National Bank accounts and then send money from your Baraboo National Bank account to another external account. When does my Bank 2 Bank transfer request take place? Your Bank 2 Bank transfer requests are transmitted every 30 minutes and will enter into the ACH system on the same business day provided you ve made your transfer request before the cut off time of 1:30pm Central Standard Time. Otherwise it will be sent the next business day. Transfers are posted to your account the next business day. However depending upon the financial institution, it may take an additional business day or more for the transaction to be reflected in your account balance. Do account transaction limits/fees assigned by my financial institutions apply to Bank 2 Bank transfers? Yes. In all cases, limits and conditions placed on accounts by individual financial institutions apply to Bank 2 Bank transfers. Please note that your external account financial institution may charge any and all fees resulting from such conditions to you. If in doubt, please contact your external financial institutions to determine whether restrictions/conditions, including fees, pertain to transactions made into or out of your external accounts. Can I cancel a Bank 2 Bank Transfer request? Yes. However you must cancel your request within 30 minutes of requesting the transfer. Bank 2 Bank Transfer requests are transmitted every 30 minutes. You cannot cancel your transfer once it has been transmitted. How will I know when a Bank 2 Bank Transfer has completed? All completed transfers are listed in the Bank 2 Bank Transfer History screen. You can see a detailed transaction status on the screen by clicking on the detail view. 3
Getting Started with Bank 2 Bank Transfers 1. You must be enrolled to use the Bank 2 Bank Transfers service. 2. Log into your Online Banking account and Click on Bank 2 Bank Transfers. 3. Read the Add New Bank2Bank Transfer External Account and click Enroll 4
Getting Started with Bank 2 Bank Transfers 4. Read and Agree to Bank 2 Bank Transfer Service Agreement and Disclosure. Be sure to check I Agree and then click Accept 5. Follow the on screen instructions to add an external account. Be sure you correctly enter the following information: a. Account Name: this is what you want to call the account b. Financial Institution Name: name of the external financial institution c. Routing number: the routing number of the external financial institution d. Account number: your account number at the external financial institution. e. Account type: choose Checking or Savings f. When finished click Submit 5
Getting Started with Bank 2 Bank Transfers 6. Your added external account must be verified. Read the onscreen information about auto verification. Your external account will be credited with a random amount within one to two business days. You may add another external account by clicking the Return button. You may add a maximum of 4 external accounts. 7. You will now need to verify the amounts sent to your external accounts by accessing the account information. You will have 10 days to complete this process otherwise you will need to enroll your external accounts again. 8. Once you confirm the auto verification credit amount from your external account, you will need to enter that amount to complete the verification process. 9. Navigate to the Enrolled Accounts option in the Bank 2 Bank Transfer Menu. Enter the value in the Verification Amount field without dollar signs or decimal points. For example, if the credit was $0.12 you would enter 12. Then click Submit. 6
Getting Started with Bank 2 Bank Transfers You will receive the following message when you have successfully verified your external account. You can now begin making transfers. Please see the section on Making a Bank 2 Bank Transfer to set get started. 7
Making a Bank 2 Bank Transfer 1. Log into your Online Banking account. 2. Click on Bank 2 Bank Transfers. 3. Select New Transfers and the Add New Bank 2 Bank Transfer screen appears 4. From the Transfer funds from dropdown menu, select the account to be debited. 5. From the Transfer funds to dropdown menu, select the account to be credited. 6. Enter a dollar amount in the Transfer Amount field. 7. Choose a Frequency from the Frequency dropdown menu to indicate how often the transfer should be processed. The available options are: a. One Time: One time only on the date specified in the Transfer on field. b. Weekly: Once per week on the day specified in the Week Day field. 8
c. Bi Weekly: Every other week on the day specified in the Week Day field. Options are Monday through Friday only. The first transfer processes on the Start Date and the last transfer processes on the End Date. d. Semi-Monthly: Twice per month on the days of the month specified in the Day 1 and Day 2 fields. The first transfer processes on the Start Date and the last transfer processes on the End Date. e. Monthly: Once per month on the day specified in the Month Day field. The first transfer processes on the Start Date and the last transfer processes on the End Date. 8. Enter the date in the Transfer on field. This is the date the transfer is scheduled to process. This field will require different entries dependent upon the Frequency of the transfer. 9. Transfer Memo: Enter comments regarding the transfer. Please note the comments will be seen when using the Transfer History option but will not carry through with the ACH transaction. 10. Click Submit to save the transfer for processing. A confirmation message will appear confirming acceptance of the transfer. 9
Viewing Pending Bank 2 Bank Transfers You can see scheduled transfers that have not yet been processed. Transfers are listed as pending based on the timing of the scheduling and the date transfer will process. One time immediate transfers process every 30 minutes. Once processed, the transfer is no longer considered pending and will not show up on the Pending Bank 2 Bank Transfers screen. One time future dated transfers are pending until 1am (CST) on the scheduled date. Once processed, the transfer is no longer considered pending and will not show up on the Pending Bank 2 Bank Transfers screen. Recurring transfers display the next scheduled date, are pending until the transfer expires. 1. To view pending transfers select Pending Transfers from the Bank 2 Bank Transfers menu. 2. Click View to see transfer details such as confirmation number and frequency information 3. Click Edit to make changes to the pending Bank 2 Bank Transfer 4. Click Delete to delete the transfer. 10
Viewing Bank 2 Bank Transfer History 1. To view your Bank 2 Bank Transfer History select Transfer History from the Bank 2 Bank Transfer menu. 2. The amount of history displayed can be changed by the user. Options include 7 Days, 15 Days, 30 Days or All. Selecting All will display history of the past 90 days. 3. Click on View to see details about the transfer. 11
Making a Transfer using the BNB Mobile App 1. Login into your Baraboo National Bank Mobile App by tapping Login. 2. Select the Transfer Icon 12
3. To Transfer funds do the following. All selected accounts will be available to transfer. This will include any verified external accounts. a. Select the account you wish to transfer from by tapping Transfer From. b. Select the account you wish to transfer to by tapping Transfer To. c. Enter in the amount of the transfer by tapping in the Amount Field. d. Select a transfer date by tapping Transfer Date to select. e. Tap Submit to complete the transfer. 4. You will receive a confirmation message about the Transfer you set up. 13
