Kickstart your ambition A 3-days program Where you learn a methodology to build your own startup or to pursue an innovative idea You are surrounded with a group of young professionals who all have the same ambitions and who all want to learn how to work smarter, not harder. During our dynamic workshop, several mentors, all successful entrepreneurs, will guide you through the process and will mentor you along the 3 days.

4 Target Supporting young people between 22 and 30 years in a dynamic and original way - student or candidate with professional experience - to develop, launch and implement an innovative project. To the point: learning a methodology to build your own startup or to pursue an innovative idea with a group of young professionals who all have the ambition of learning to work smarter, not harder. Doel Op een dynamische en originele manier jongeren tussen de 22 en 30 jaar - student of kandidaat met professionele ervaring - ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen, opstarten en realiseren van een innovatief project. Concreet: een methode aanreiken om een eigen startup te ontwikkelen of om een innovatief idee uit te werken met een groep van jonge gemotiveerde professionals die de drive hebben om efficiënter te leren werken. But Aider de manière dynamique et originale des jeunes entre 22 et 30 ans - étudiant ou candidat avec expérience professionnelle - à développer et à démarrer un projet innovateur en vue de sa réalisation. Concrètement: proposer une méthodologie qui permet de créer sa propre entreprise ou de réaliser une idée innovatrice avec un groupe de jeunes professionnels motivés et poussés à travailler plus efficacement.

7 PROFILE CANDIDATE AND INFORMATION Age of participants between 22 and 30 years (m/f) Interest in creativity, motivation and originality Student or candidate with work experience With or without association with Rotary Knowledge of the English language - workshop in English Is present up to the end Have own Social Security in order (SIS card) CV + motivation letter + photo ID at task candidacy Sponsorship by a Rotary club in Belgium or Luxembourg is compulsory Jury selection by the mentors and observers (some Ryla committee members as observer) Numbers of participants limited to 40 selected candidates Presents his experiences to the sponsoring Rotary Club IMPORTANT DATES subscriptions OPEN END subscriptions Jury selection Results and infos send to candidate and sponsor rotary club Deadline payment Fee by Rotary Club sponsor ( 385 per selected participant) Friday 08th of April until Sunday Ryla Program Sunday 10th of April - Ceremony Leadership Awards Ryla 2016 and mini-lunch
