He is particularly specialised in intellectual property (with a focus on patent law) and healthcare law. He assists national and international clients in complex litigation at the Belgian level and in national and international arbitration in respect of commercial disputes and liability issues. Christophe is a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters and is a regular contributor of legal articles and speaker at conferences mainly in the field of intellectual property law, including the inaugural address to the Brussels Bar Association at the beginning of the judicial year He is a member of INTA, LES, EPLAW and is presently acting as secretary and rapporteur of the Belgian section of AIPPI.
