2 ADDENDUM #2 Proposers are hereby informed that the RFP is modified, corrected and/or supplemented as follows: Item #1 Robert B. Pitts Site Map: During the bid walk, there was discussion about providing an additional site map with existing camera locations identified. The additional site map is provided, but it will not identify existing camera positions.

3 Item #2: The solicitation will NOT include the Ping Yuen North buildings. Item #3 Pre-Bid Questions: Questions and Answers for RFP # RFP-0012 (Security Surveillance Camera System PY, RP & WC). 1. Question: Could you send the signup list of attendees on the site visits? Response: The Site Walk Sign-In Sheet for Solicitation # RFP-0012 is attached. 2. Question: Is there a list of any other plan holders? Response: The solicitation was published and sent those listed on the Interested Parties List Solicitation # RFP Question: Is the project a prevailing wage project? Response: Yes (No Wage Decision was referenced or included in the RFP) 4. Question: Is a bid bond required? Response: No 5. Question: Will they accept a company check instead of a bid bond? Response: See #4 6. Question: What type of cable is required? Cat5 or Cat6? Plenum cable or non-plenum? Response: All cable should be listed for the type of installation. 7. Question: The cable runs can only be 300ft or so, are there local closets to run cables to? Response: Equipment may be installed in available spaces, subject to approval by SFHA. No equipment is to be installed in elevator machine rooms. 8. Question: Is there a small business preference? Response: No. MBE/WBE outreach required per RFP. 9. Question: Is this based on lowest bid? Response: No. See section 1.12 of the RFP for proposal evaluation criteria. 10. Question: Will conduit be needed? Response: Yes 11. Question: How many frames per second? Response: There is no requirement listed. Conform with all listed requirements. 12. Question: Concerning existing systems, that are not operable or are unsatisfactory, do we need to remove it? Can we reuse existing cable? Response: Removal of existing systems is not required. Contractor assumes responsibility for entire system. Proposal is to be based on an entirely new system.

4 13. Question: Are there any permits required? Response: Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits. 14. Question: Any special insurance requirements? Response: The only insurance requirements are described in the RFP. 15. Question: Most importantly, Solomon Gebala stated he would send sufficient plans per building that I have not yet received and will have more questions once those plans are in our possession. Some sites we visited, planned were not included in bid packet. Response: The only plans missing from the RFP were addressed in question # 1. Ping Yuen North buildings are NOT included in this solicitation. 16. Question: Is there any way to extend the question request date? Response: No 17. Question: Is this a low bid award or how is this job being awarded? Response: Same as #9 - See section 1.12 of the RFP for proposal evaluation criteria. 18. Question: Will there be restrictions concerning the murals on the sides of the building? Response: Murals are to be preserved. If it is necessary to obstruct or alter, written permission form the Authority is required. 19. Question: Where are the internet drops? Response: Internet drops will be determined and made available as infrastructure permits. Failure to acknowledge this addendum in your proposal may cause for proposal rejection.
