3 Introduction H ameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Limited (HMA) was established in 1990 to provide Management Consultancy Services. Its offices are located at Karachi and Lahore; however the clients are spread all over Pakistan. The Lahore office controls Work on different assignments in the provinces of Punjab and NWFP whereas the Karachi Office covers the provinces of Sindh and Baluchistan. HMA has highly qualified and experienced professionals in their respective fields. A brief description of the Core Management Team and Professional Staff is included in this profile. This project is being developed under the Hydel Policy 1995 allowing the Company to design, construct, own, operate (for sale of electricity to WAPDA) and transfer the project to the Government at the end of the 25 years term. Main responsibilities include corporate & business planning, negotiation with Banks/DFIs, resource mobilization and financial closing of the project. Syed Mahboob Husain, BSC Banking Specialist Mr. Mahboob Husain is a Banking Specialist and has a vast experience in international banking, in depth experience in strategic IT planning, financial services, information systems, hardware and software with large international banks. He has a vast experience in Pakistan as well as abroad. He has done is BSC in Physics and Business Studies from North London Polytechnic. He started his career in 1973 and worked for Finne Ross Wild, Management Consultancy, as a Trainee and Associate.
