2 ABOUT US CA Ramesh V, a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India, having professional experience of over 23 years. He was working in Singapore, Indonesia & India as Head of Finance, Accounts & Taxation with MNCs. He was catalyst in setting up operations and establishing projects in Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, facilitating various cross border transactions, raised and managed capital (both debt & equity) and representation before Financial Institutions & Banks. Before setting up practice he was involved more as strategic advisor, developed tailor made comprehensive MIS for Management, formulated business strategy and execution, carried out budgeting and cost control measures, monitored/ mitigated risks in the business model and feasibility of projects.
