5 Mission Statements Service Area Office mission is to provide acquisition oversight for procurement activities in support of Veteran Health Care Facilities in the East, Central, and Western regions. VBOC mission is to advance the growth and commercial competitiveness of veteran owned small business enterprises through education and services focusing on business development, technology deployment and e commerce (16 Centers Nationwide). 5
