8 BRC Budget Realignment To build Capacity and deliver a step-change in World Class Experimental Medicine Research The BRC budget review process should realign 20 million for Experimental Medicine (~ 5M per annum)

12 Implications for UCLH BRC funding is now robustly performance managed against delivery of the health and wealth agenda; BRC budget needs to be strategically deployed; Cost pressure (CSR) need to be the best; Failure to deliver would be catastrophic for UCLH
